There is a lot I could say here. But in brief, while there may be no biblical commandment in regards to this issue. It is clear from scripture (Mal. 2:13-17) that in marriage the responsibility of taking care of the woman is transferred from the father to the husband through the marriage ceremony. The reason then that the man's surname is attached to the wife is to show that he has assumed that responsibility. From that point on he is to love, honor, care for, and cherish her till death. Now why would anyone want to make that a bad thing?

To some up. Sheol has attached to it another place called Abraham's bosom, occupied by people who died in the faith prior to the resurrection of Christ. Upon His death Christ went down into Sheol with our sins to deposit our sins there. However, death was not able to hold Him because he was sinless. While there he contended with the devil and preached to the captives in Sheol. At some point Jesus took the keys of death and hell and stepped across that gulf no MAN can cross. On the day of His resurrection he lifted those held captive in Abraham's bosom when He rose from the grave, transporting them to their new heavenly holding place awaiting the rest of those who will be translated at Jesus coming. Amen, even so Come Lord Jesus.
