Christmas Trees Are Sinful

Putting up a christmas tree is no more sinful than stuffing ourselves with turkey,ham,dressing,sweets and more sweets during the holiday.We become so full and swollen we cannot walk and can barely lie down so the food can go down and then we start all over again. Ugly picture,isn"t it? Sin is ugly and evil. A christmas tree is pretty and brightens up my entire home. I would rather have the tree. Yes-I am a christian.

Forgiveness For An Abortion

Honey in the name of Jesus please stop doing this to yourself. Forgive yourself first.Knowing you did,I am sure,the best you could at that time. You will need to ask God's forgiveness next. He will forgive us if we ask. We were born in sin and shaped in iniquity. Please read Psalms 51.It speaks to us about ourselves and our wickedness.Surely we can relate this to our own situations, in life. Read and believe this Psalm, with all of your being.You also would do well to look through your concordance for every scripture that has forgivenss in it. As you read these scriptures,let the Holy Spirit lead and guide you to understanding.Let God's words speak to your heart and mind and know you are forgiven. My prayers are with you beloved.

Is Halloween For Christians

We would have to go dig a hole and live in it if we did not participate in anything. Weddings,Christmas,other holidays etc...are all pagan. I use to wonder about these things yrs ago. I was so confused because every thing Christians did were wrong. I left the church for many yrs just to adjust and try to live a normal life. I do participate in life but I do it in a godly way.Whever I go I let my light shine. I like Halloween but I don't put up anything that will hurt or injure others. I basically give candy and gospel tracts for kids. I make hotdogs,popcorn and other simple goodies for my family and enjoy the day. If that makes me a pagan,oh well. If my church or other family members do something I might participate in that,also.

What Can I Do To My Husband

I am sorry to have to tell you this my friend, but you cannot change someone else. The changing will have to take place within yourself--first of all. Change always does. We would like to see other people change and we, sometimes, demands it, but that is not how it works. You will have to pray and seek God's face on this matter. Your emotions are still tied up with him. That is going to cause you problems also. Since you are already separated from him,perhaps you can begin to build a life without him, be the best mom to your kids,and move on. Ask God for direction. God bless you my friend.

The bible tells us without vision the people perish in the book of Proverbs.I speak from experience.A home bible study I was in deteriated quickly due to ego's and haughty spirits within the participants.Everyone wanted to be the topdog.But home churches can work also.

I Hate My Wife
	Your wife is not the problem. You are. As long as you hold to these wrong ideas and notions about divorce, you will remain a victim, of your own doing.The hate is eating you alive,already.Your self esteem is down very low already. You need to get a grip. Move out and seek a better life for yourself. The kids will survive. They are stronger than you think. Blessings to you

Is The Thought Of Evil Sin
	Yes..it is. Evil/sin begins always begin with a thought. If we continue to think on evil things it will become a reality in our lives. This is why we pray as christians: Lord, forgive me of every way, every thought that is not pleasing to you. The scripture says also: as we thinketh in our hearts, so are we. Blessings

Daughter-In-Law Problems

I am a mean daughter-in-law. I constantly have to have my defenses up, be assertive, etc. The mother-in-law is very pushy, if I relax and smile/be happy around her, she starts demanding that we spend more and more time with her. And she does not take "no" for an answer. When we were studying for medical boards, she insisted on a nice long visit and we were unable to study at all. I agree with the other posters, ask your daughter in law what you did.

Is Hiring Pastors Biblical
	God said He gives us pastors after His own heart in the book of Jeremiah. Pastors are biblical Adam. God said it and that should settle it for us.

Cosmetic Surgery For Christians
	Why not? We are people too. We have hopes and desires while we are in this world. If it were not pleasing to the Lord, I would not do it. Be led by the Spirit. God does not leave us ignorant to the things of this world. Be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. Don't put unnecessary restraints on yourself. God does not.

Remarrying After A Divorce
	No it is not a sin to remarry. Sin comes in here: if you marry an unsaved man and you profess to be a christian woman. We should be equally yoked according to the word of God. Jesus should be the third party in our marriage and we have a better chance to have a true marriage made in heaven. Not beginning with someone who does not love the Lord. It is doomed from the start.

Are Nephilim Angels Real
	The bible tells us in Romans chapter 14, to leave some things alone. Its not for us to know the answer to everything in the bible. We will understand it all better bye and bye. Concentrate on loving God more each day and learning to love others as ourself then we have obeyed all the commands of God. Love you much, bye.

Solutions To Poverty

I agree with Susie. Get rid of all the things we cannot afford and our cost of living will go down. Read your bible. The Word tells us the poor will be with us---always! So dont focus on world poverty just do what you can to help someone who is less fortunate than yourself. Begin with your country. Then your problems want look so large. Try it. Bless someone today who has less than you and your family.God will bless you for it.He will take care of the rest.

Ten Commandments Gone Now
	They are not done away with they are summed up in Love. Love covers all sins. Yes---Paul says that. There is no Law if we are walking by "faith". For instance if you drive your car within the speed limit the signs and speed limit range does not apply to you. In other words, you are in obedience. You have nothing to fear if you are doing this.

Surgery To Lose Weight
	No....God wants us to be healthy and whole. Overeating and abusing our bodies is a sin, though. Our bodies belong to God and not to us. They Holy Spirit also dwells within us. We should keep our bodies clean and fit for Him to live in.

I Want To Speak In Tongues

Paul said he spoke in other tongues and would desire for us all to do so but we should not desire to speak in other tongues for selfish reasons. I believe it is for all of God's children(saved ones). Ask for it my sister and He wil give it to you. He wil not turn you down . Seek it like the woman in the bible who was looking for that lost coin. Its yours, I pray, in the name of Jesus. Receive it!Now! Oh Jesus you are so wonderful and mighty.
