Reasons To Submit To Husband

Many women have been and are still being abused by thinking they have to be completely obedient to everything their husbands say. This is not the spirit of obedience. It is being a doormat. Many husbands do not know how to love their wives as Christ loved the Church. This is what is commanded of a husband. But God would not have a wife take physical or mental abuse from any man. A wife can be submissive to her husband in spirit, but not be an object of his abuse. Call the cops oh him.

I Never Loved My Husband

Most of the time "love" is just an emotion of our soul. After we marry, we may find that we don't like our husbands, but we still need to remember we took the marriage vows. We can live with a husband and give him the respect and caring that he needs. If you think another man would be better for you, just remember that the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. I have experienced this, so I know. I have been married for 46+ years of sweat and tears.

Is God Alive Today

To those without Jesus, it is easy to think God is not alive and interested in our lives. But to those who believe, it is hard not to think of God as being alive and His plan working for all of time. I fellowship with God, my Father, every day. I talk to Him, and He talks to me. I get guidance from His Holy Spirit and His Word. God has a divine plan for the earth, and it is being carried out with or without man. I see it unfolding in the news of ever day. Many false teachers abound today, and they are leading people away from the truth of the Bible and God's teachings. This is a sign of God's plan at work.

Belief In Dispensationism

There are many periods of time when God has dealt with His people. These are called dispensations. But in reality, they are just periods of time for mankind to learn about God. I do not get hung up on times. I know the Word and the author of the Word. And however He wants to work out His plan is fine with me. We are now in the age of the Gentiles. But, there will come a time when Jesus will set up His earthly reign. And in that time, there will be no sacrifice done, for Jesus was the ultimate and last sacrifice that ever needed to be made. Where Jesus will sit in His earthly kingdom is not for me to know. But I don't think He will need a temple like the one Solomon built.

Why Are Pastors Having Affairs

Yes, pastors are human. So are we all. But we do have the help of God and the Holy Spirit to overcome our sins. If a pastor sins in this way, he can find forgiveness with God, but it will greatly harm his influence and witness with all people. We had such a pastor. He left the church divided and split. He was eventually found out and asked to leave. This sin is so harmful to God's church that it is one which all leaders in God's church must avoid at all costs.

	I'm afraid I have to say that Benny Hinn has never witnessed to my spirit. In fact, he turns me off. I don't like for a man to take credit for what God is doing. And Hinn is out for publicity.

I Am Mad At God
	Anger is an ok emotion. But don't let it fester in you and cause sin. God may not answer our prayers in the way we want Him to, but His answers are always the best. This may be hard for you to accept right now, but it is nevertheless true. Go to God, tell Him how angry you are at Him. He can take it. Then, He will comfort you and give you peace.

How Did God Make Life

People get too caught up in the time of a day in the Genesis work. The Word plainly says that a day is as a thousand years with God. I am a devoted believer in the Truth and accuracy of the Bible. But I think the Genesis accounts can be taken out of the 24 hour time of a day as we know it. Also, the gap between Genesis 1:1 and verse 2 can be a time of hundreds of thousands of years. God didn't do any creating in Genesis except for the whales and man. All other things He just brought order to.

Jesus With Water Baptism

Baptism is not essential to salvation, but it is an act of obedience to Jesus. Baptism by immersion signifies the death to the old man and the raising up to new life in Jesus. It is a beautiful and meaningful experience. After Jesus' baptism, the dove that lit upon Him signified the Holy Spirit. But since Jesus had all of the Spirit of God already in Him, this sign was for us. The Holy Spirit came to live in me as I came up from the baptismal waters. And He has been with me for all the years since.

Does God Draw People

Altho I can't find the verse right now, the Word says that no man can come to Jesus unless I (the Father) draw him. And, it is said in the Word, that it is the will of God that none should perish but all have everlasting life. Yes, God draws us to things. This is by the leading of the Holy Spirit. We have the choice to obey this "calling" or ignore it. But we ignore it at the peril of our lives and eternal existences. To obey the "drawing" of God brings us life more abundantly. It is the best life.

Where Is Satan Today

Satan is not very creative, inventive. His ploy has always been and still is to get man to worship him instead of God. His tatics are to instill pride in a person. Then, in this pride, he convinces the person that he (Satan) can help that person become rich, powerful, etc. This is the way Satan gets people to worship him. Satan is alive and working feverishly in the earth today. You meet him every day, and you have the choice to follow him or obey God.

Speaking In Tongue For Everyone

Speaking in tongues is a gift of God. It is not for everyone just as preaching is not for everyone. It is given for the church. And it is different from what people call their "prayer language". But, since the Holy Spirit takes our prayers to the Father, we don't even need a prayer language. We do not need to speak in tongues unless God has a person do that. This is thought to be necessary before the filling of the Holy Spirit. I am here to tell you that this is simply not true.

Why Do You Believe In God
	I don't just believe in God. I know Him. And just as I know my children, so I know God. He first loved me at age 5. I gave my heart to Him and to Jesus then. I wasn't born again until age 11. But all during those years I talked to God as my Father. He heard me. He kept me safe. And He is still my best friend. How could I deny my own child? So, then, I cannot deny God.

Can Women Know The Bible

God is no respecter of persons. With Him there is no male nor female. He regards all people with the same love that He bestows on one of His own. Women can and do know God's Word as well as any man. We walk the same strait and narrow path as men. We work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. Jesus was the first to raise women up to a level of respect, but God has always had the same regard for women as for men.

Are Fallen Angels Demons
	Those angels who followed Lucifer from Heaven are called demons. The Word refers to the demonic powers in the heavenly places. These demons work in the air around us, and they also work as instruments of evil to tempt us.

Claim You Are Christian

Tisk, tisk, children. You strain at a knat and swollow a camel. Quit this quarreling among yourselves. Any unsaved person reading this blog site would think that saved people always argue. Quit name calling, arguing, and let each person write his/her own opinion. You don't have to accept it, but don't argue about it. And don't comment on someone else's post. Just reply with your own words. I seldom even read the other posts, just the question. Then I answer from my own knowledge.

Double Judge Church Clergy

The last Apostles were John and Paul. No more apostles exist today. But, God gave gifts to people for the management and building up of the church. The Catholic church is not a true church with the authority it thinks it has. Respect each person's gift in the body of Christ. He/she is a minister of that gift to the glory of God and the good of the church. The church is the body of believers, not a building.

Properity Gospel Biblical
	I believe that if a ministry is of God, He will provide for that ministry. It may be by the giving of money from people whom that ministry blesses. But for people to ask those who are watching or listening to send money is a denial of faith in God to provide for the needs of that ministry. When God builds the house, it will prosper. If God didn't build it, it will fall.

What Is A Worldly Christian
	There is no such animal. A person who is of the world is not of God. We are IN the world, but not OF the world. People who claim to have been saved and then live as the lost people of this world are really just fooling themselves. Once a person has met Jesus, that person is never the same.
