Can Christians Do Drugs

Im a born again believer & strive every day to live as a witness for Christ. My downfall is that I smoke marajuana in the evenings at home. I know its a sin & suffer guilt. I have a family member, a born again believer, who has a drinking problem. In my opinion, jst because alcohol is legal doesnt make it less of a sin than smoking pot. Am I right? Isnt all sin equal? Having a temper, being jealous or having an eating disorder. Isnt sin, sin, no matter what type?
