Guillotines In America

According to certain theories the Church is to be Raptured before all of these beheadings take place so why worry? It is also theorized that the Tribulation is to be on a planetary scale. So why aren't guillotines showing up in other parts of the world like Germany, East Timor or Vietnam. Muslim countries would love to see Christians decapitated. Why don't they have hidden concentration camps or secret army bases?
