	First: One man one wife for Life! The fact that John remarried(2) then yes he would or not be married at all. I am confused by the first line did she cheat or was that before? If she cheated then the second wife would be the first wife.The bond of marriage would be "broken".(personal opinion that bond is only broken by death)

You know how attraction usually comes from the outside.
