Seven Year Mormon Food Storage

Thieves cleared out my bank account. No money for 3 weeks until payday. We lived strictly on what I had. Another month, a postdated check was cashed early and cleared out my grocery allowance. I had set items back & didn't burden anyone else with feeding my family. (Adult singles tend to be the worst offenders when their stomachs are empty) I understand money/food will not be available every time we need it & to prepare. We can live within our stored supply. I wouldn't worry about people who think it strange to store 7 years. They don't understand your thinking, never will. You can only do what you must, what you have been told and know in your heart it's the right thing.

	Kathr4453, no matter how many times you change your name, your age, your spelling, your beliefs to argue all sides - because you can, because it's fun.... all of those things. Your belief about the unpardonable sin is always wrong. You are fundamental holiness, you cannot admit with your mouth in any way shape or form, that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the unpardonable sin.

	You can't do it, it's not in you. You don't believe the Holy Spirit is God, you believe the Holy Spirit only points to Jesus. You don't believe in the Trinity. You're not nearly as gifted as you think you are. You do flim/flam and have a great laugh over it. But I see you, I always see you.

	Kathr4453, you're giving yourself away, even with the misspelled words. Like Linda says, everyone has their own writing patterns, after awhile, it all comes back out again. No matter how many religious stands you come from, you resort back to your standards.

I Want To Be Cremated
	To Ed: Check with your local funeral director. It is still possible to have a "regular" funeral service complete with rented casket before having a body cremated. Just thought I would pass that along.

	Of course I could put it in my will, but I don't want to make my husband unhappy with my decision. He says he is "not sure he can go thru with it." And, Pastor Danny, cremation is not eternal burning, it is merely disposal of the earthly body and Jesus can resurrect it from ashes as well as from dust. What is your scriptural back-up?

Tell Spouse About Two Affairs
	If the affairs didn't result in sex, then they weren't actually affairs (although wrong just the same). You need to decide if telling your spouse would do harm, sometimes it's better to suffer in silence. Pray earnestly to God and ask for guidance in this matter.

Help To Lose 120 Pounds

Thank you all for your responses. I wish it was as easy as "stop eating sugars" and "eat every other day". These things come from those who have never had a weight problem! lol I have diabetes and cannot skip days of food. Yes, I have tried exercising. This isn't new to me. I have fought the weight for over 15 years. I wasn't asking for diet advice, just asking if using surgery to help with my health is acceptable as a Christian.
