My Daughter Is Bipolar

My daughter too is mentally ill and I pray for her healing always. She has lost custody of her two boys because she can not take care of them. I know your sorrow and how difficult it is waiting for God to grant us what we hope for. Jesus hears us and is close to those who suffer. I think there is so much evil in the world that He is asking us to carry this particular cross, to offer our suffering for sinners. He redeemed souls in His passion and He wants our prayer of suffering for others. This gives me peace and my many prayers for my daughter have put good people in her life and I see little "miracles". I will put your daughter in my daily prayers, please keep Karin in yours and we mothers will storm heaven! Bless you.

	Spiritual warfare is surely brought on by ourselves often, but just as often, I have found I am not seeing something God really wants me to know. He allows me to go through certain things because it causes growth and opens my eyes to truth. Also, my total reliance on Him comes shining through in these times.

Wearing Pants To Church

Actually, I feel strongly about slacks and such being worn to church by women. I have a sister who wore nothing but long skirts to church, at home, in public and everywhere inbetween. When I asked her why, she said her church taught women are to dress this way to keep from drawing attention to themselves. What? I told her she was gaining attention by doing that very thing. Should Christians Go Out Dancing

I am a faithful, Christian woman of integrity who loves to salsa dance. I must confess though that salsa, in particular, is a very sensual dance and I have to really keep myself in check to ensure I am going to dance and dress in ways that promote my decency. I even had to take a break from salsa dancing during a period of lonliness for male attention (I was seeking it in wrong places) Bottom line: be smart and listen to God. If he says take a break, or don't go here- you should trust Him. He doesn't say it to be mean but to guard yor heart and body. But if all is well, dance your heart out girl. :)

Husband Wants Me Unfeminine

make up doesnt make you a bad person nor does any one have the right to tell anyone that they cannot wear make up. My mom is 70 years old a beautiful christian woman who wouldnt step out side with out her makeup on. it makes her feel pretty so I say wear it. The Lord wants us to be happy ,he loves us. So if you wear your make up desent {not Black} black is so harsh but the lord loves you inside and out. Pray about it and he will answer you ask and he is right there. May God bless you always

	What I'm talking about is not connected to the Catholic church. It is a worldwide Christian women organization. Married or single, they line up to marry Jesus. The Bride doctrine can be taken to real extremes. One divorced woman I know, bought a diamond wedding ring, and told everyone Jesus was now her husband. It takes a leap into the bizarre.

I won't say what particular group, it's nationwide, have speakers come in. They have an actual Wedding, with cake, bridal dresses and rings. You come up to the front and marry Jesus. A ring is placed on your finger, there's a wedding reception. The bridal doctrine can become warped. Jesus is not your boyfriend.

	Cynthia, you are a created being. Jesus is God. Although your marriage is in bad shape, you're scared of men, etc., you've been to 4 counselors, and they've told you to leave. You could be hanging on for financial reasons, I don't know. I am concerned for your children because of the chaos. Do you have an actual church or are you going this alone?
