Who is Myles Munroe?
	Dear Joel, I think that Dr M Munroe meant that "when God says something POSITIVE, like a blessing, it becomes a law that he cannot violate himself". My take is, when he says something negative, like a punishment, he can always change it by grace because he is a loving and forgiving God, especially if the sinner changes his bad ways into God's way. I hope that this will help.
