martin luther....i'd like to know more. i was raised in a GARBC church until 8th grade and i understand dr jeremiah has strong ties, at least historically to that division of fundamentalist baptists. i am automatically skeptical of large churches or any thing that smacks of group think (i'm not necessarily associating the two) and his association with tim lahaye also concerns me greatly. the meat of christs teaching are not conducive to mass appeal, in my opinion.

Elroy, I'm always surprised at Christians who seem to enjoy giving "tough love" to others. Inevitably, such correction is justified by pointing to Jesus. Well, I've read of Jesus and I can pretty much guarantee you ain't no Jesus. Try having such passion for the stuff in I Corinthians 13 first, for that is how the law is summed up. But then again, practicing I Corinthians 13 isn't nearly as much fun as correcting someone with "Tough Love".
