We can worry too much about legalistic issues such as piercings, tatoos, and hair braiding. The devil loves it when Christians get in this type of discussion because it takes the focus off of the real issue. The real question should be, have you given all your heart, soul, mind, and strength to Christ or not. |

Your husband should feel it is a problem if it is a problem to you. If he had the love of Christ for you, He would never want to hurt you in this manner. I would want to ask him why he felt he needed to communicate with a woman in such a manner who is not his wife, sister, daughter, grandmother, or another relative. There is only one atonement for the sin of mankind and that was death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross of calvary. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father but by me." (John 14:6). This applies to Jews and Gentiles alike. There are many verses in the Bible that speaks of how Jesus died for the world, became sin for us eventhough He knew no sin. There is no other way, just Jesus. |

Anyone who is in Christ is a new creation, the old has passed and they have become new. A person may lose rewards but not salvation. Salvation is a gift through faith in Christ, and not of ourselves lest any man should boast. Both of those are in the Bible. Also, in Ephesians chapter 1, the Bible speaks of how we (Christians) are chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and blameless in Him in love. The Bible says that Christians are seated in heavenly places in Christ and sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise until the day of redemption. The Bible teaches over and over that Christ is our righteousness, not ourselves. I pray the Holy Spirit will place that in your heart so that you may be at rest in Him. |

Yes, I feel that capital punishment is still Biblical. God tells us that He changes not. He is a just God and a rightous God. He tells us to obey those who have rule over us. An eye for an eye We live in a world that says it is okay to kill an innocent unborn baby but we don't want to put to death a rapist, murderer, molester etc. It really doesn't make sense. If we would use the laws God gave us and the examples He set forth we would live in a better world. |

What is wrong with people is, that people prefer a feel good theology and are only looking for churches that make them feel good. So the pastors strive to keep numbers up because of their vanity and people take whatever someone tells them without backing it up with scriptures or looking to see what the scriptures have to say for them self. |

Yes, there are born again single women out here. I am one of them. I am 36, almost 37, never married and have not had any relations outside of marriage. i believe christians should only date christians and that they should uphold to the standard the Bible has set forth. Single christian women could ask the same question are there any single christian men out there who have lived according to God's standard and remained pure for their future wife? |
