Get Out Of A Christian Marriage
	I dont know my wife lies to me all the time makes promises denies she ever made them, Every time I confront her with it she says I'm being cruel but never admits or discusses it. She cheated on me once and that didnt help either I am always praying for God to either kill me, get me out or do a miracle. I may be praying my will rather than His.

Bible Say About Hypnosis

Greetings in the Name of Love of our Lord Jesus Christ. I want to tenderly suggest to love each other and not try to "scare" anyone for or against. The Bible talks about in that day that the hearts and motives of people will be revealed. If someone comes to hypnosis or even preaching Christ for profit of money only, than Biblically that motive may be challenged. The truth is God knows hearts of people, we don't, and the Bible clearly says He's more interested in the motive than the perfect behavior. Truthfully even a worry is a sin, which according to James means guilt of the entire law...which leads us all back to dependence on Jesus work at the Cross of Grace for us all.

Adult Child Won't Work

"Good luck with that"! My son(stepson) first moved out at 16 because he wouldn`t bathe or wash his hair (aparently the "rules" were too tough),moved back at 19, got a job, out again at 22,back at24 because he "just didn`t feel like going back to work or paying bills" (Mom claims he`s DEPRESSED).New job now with G.M.and he`s laid off, back again at 28. every time he comes home He monopolizes the big tv and livingroom for "video games"....after a hard 10-12 hr shift I get to "go to my room" rather than relax in my own house( but I`m the bad guy)My brother in law has an autistic child that they`re prepared to to care for, for life....I wasn`t.

I have met him and he is a humble man who really lives what he preaches. If you look carefully at the churches you will see they hold on to traditions of men just like the Pharosees did when Jesus came the first time. The churches want thier religion instead of the truth in the Bible. Today many preachers are divorced, they have women elders and preachers, they intertain instead of preaching, the list goes on and on. My Wife Wants A Divorce

I am very sorry about your circumstances. You cannot make your wife come back to you anymore than you could have forced her to marry you in the first place. But I would encourage you to take proper actions, no matter what she does or anyone else does. Jesus continually had others doing and saying goofy things. He did not respond in kind. Please make this a time to grow in the Word--get in a Bible study,and stay in God's Word. Hang in there.

Mayan Calendar December 2012

During 2012 there will a lot of unique phenomia taking place. 500% increase in solar flares (which will disrupt anything with electronics), reversal of the suns poles, alignment of the universe, and who knows what else. Just kinda makes you raise an eyebrow. Have a look at NASA's website, they confirm this. Then throw into the mix, the whole global instability thing....makes me wonder if the Mayans did have it right. Take Care

Disapproving Of Tongue Speaking

My personal experience with this is that it is a real phenomenon that can be easily faked. it is called "Glossolalia". Personally, i think that it is a private gift along the lines of personal revelation. Although, I have been in public services where it can be somewhat moving. I also ask that I would be praying in real tongues when I don't seem to be able to articulate what it is I feel I should pray for. Sometimes it feels as if I am being stifled and I even almost 'hear' someone telling me to stop it or to shut up when I pray this way. Since, I asked the Lord to direct my speech, I doubt that He would tell me to shut up.

Do I Seek Revenge

You had five years to detect that he is a cheat, and you were not able to tell there is something so wrong with him? Jesus makes His sheep able to *smell* the difference between a person of real love and a predator. So, if you could not tell the difference, but had to be *told* . . . THIS is what you mainly need to be dealing with, I would say. While we do what is immoral, we do not have God's discernment to make good evaluations > "And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment." (Philippians 1:9) He might have arranged for you to find out, so he could have you cooperating and in the know, to make his cheating on her easier. But who do you need to deal with, first?

Offended By Women Pastors
	Wow! ther's a lot of division here! Is this a survey question? I'll just answer the post as stated. Speaking for myself, as a man, I am offended by women pastors. I would not necessarily reject the message, as I have heard some very good ones by women. If a woman became a pastor of my church I would leave. Even though a womanmay lead, teach and preach well, it's not their place to teach men.

When To Stop Praying For Wife

I am in the same situation as you. My Christian wife divorced me 12 days ago after 11 months of seperation and 10 yrs of marriage w/ 2 small children. After a few months she was in another relationship. I suffer from grief and depression but I continue to pray for His strength, wisdom, peace and joy. The divorce is not God's will yet He has to give us freedom to choose Him. I read the Bible, I pray God show mercy on our X's and that He send angels to them and the children. I had put my wife ahead of Christ. Just put Christ first. The pain is excruciating, I know. I still cry. I loose faith, but I stay in church and praise Him. Daily, I just try to pick up my cross, follow and repent.

Do Our Words Have Power

Of course our words have a lasting effect on everything around us.You don't need scripture to back that up. Honestly,I'm somewhat hesitant to respond as i've been on websights where if you dont post the way the moderator believes it is censored.This is a tactic that only serves to stifle the Spirit of truth,and untill i know that there isnt a denominational agenda then i cant in all good consience post my take on the issue. Drug Rehab For Crazy In-Law

I am not sure if she needs help the way you explained it. She needs to have a chat with her doctor with you in the room. If that doesn't work try getting a second opinion. My mother was addicted to drugs, they were necessary for her to walk and to sleep. I am also on narcotics to deal with pain and depression. I have an advantage my mother didn't. I have faith in my God. I have asked for healing, "By His stripes we are healed" also "the great physician". Another thing that you should have already been doing is praying about it. Remember, wait upon Him, sometime you just have to be patient. It is always in His time. I hope this helps, from one who's been there, done that. Blessings, Bill

What Day Is The Sabbath

"My" response is a) The Sabbath is from the creation. b) No legislation of it until the covenant with Moses as head. There it is stated s/ds Friday - Saturday. They never kept it (Heb4) c) Gentiles were excluded from the covenant, barring conversion. Jesus excluded Gentiles from his covenant fulfillment with Israel (Jn. 12.20ff.) Jesus said "It is finished" - fulfilled, over!(Heb 10.14) He prophesied (Jn 4.23f) a new order (Heb 7.12) f)The Jewish apostles disobeyed Jesus refusing the Gentiles fellowship (Acts ff.) so the EXALTED Jesus chose Paul to prophesy (Phil 3all!) You and I are now free to meet together IN Christ.

To all of those who take issue with Paul, he stated in Romans that the Gentile was without excuse, for God was manifest in his creation. The Jew, who boasted of the law but didn't keep it, caused God's name to be blasphemed among the Gentiles. All the world is guilty before God. The Jew keeps Sabbath because God placed its remembrance IN the law. The Church keeps Sunday because of error. The Christian is not saved by grace because of his faith AND keeping the sabbath. Ephesians 2 shows we keep his rest TODAY only because God has raised us up and MADE us SIT together in heavenly places IN Christ Jesus, who was crucified BEFORE the foundation of the world.

What Day Is The Sabbath

What a great topic, the very one that changed my life after 33 years as a believer. I read everything I could find about this for months, heard every imaginable argument. I could not escape the fact that the 7th day sabbath, even before Moses, honored the work of God as creator...the FIRST creation! But Christ is the beginning of the NEW creation. Old things are passed away and I am dead and my life is hid with Christ in God. He establishes a new order, created in LOVE. He makes US new FIRST, then he will place us on a NEW earth in a NEW heaven. In it there is only one day, TODAY!
