What Is The Mark Of Cain

Wow.... everything in the bible matters and is important. That dose not mean we are to imagine we understand, but be lead of the Holy Spirit into all truth. It is written, we shell give an account of every ideal word we speak and "Be not many masters (instructors) among you knowing you shell receive a greater condemnation." The mark place on Cain was not in his mind. Who could see it and know not to slay him? The mark was whatever God place on him to let other's know not to harm him, an obvious mark which could be seen. This mark is not placed on people today for protection, no matter what some "Preach." We are no long in a dispensation of innocence (ignorance) as Cain.

How Long To Create World

I say again, there is Time with God, not that God is limited by time, as it is Witten his ways are not man's was. God told Adam in the day he eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil he would truly die. God can not lie. Adam died before he was 1000 yrs old, and so he died in that day as the LORD has said. Yes, Adam also died instantly because he became separated from God, which is true death, both the spiritual and natural. But Adam did not see that day with the LORD after eating of the tree, dying with in a 1000 yrs. Days with God are not limited to mans understanding of a 24 hr clock.

How Long To Create World

It is written, a day is as a thousand years with the LORD, and a thousand years as a day. The Sun and Moon where created on the fourth day and His ways are not man's ways and His thoughts are not mans thoughts, how long was the day? It is clearly unknown. Honestly, knowing or not how long those days were is not going to stop us from entering in. That is as long as we do not get beside ourselves and pretend we understand what He has hide in Himself. It doesnt really matter if it was a literal 6 days or 6 days according to God's time. It was six days. What matters is we believe Him, love our fellow servants and speak the truth.

Was Jesus Born On Dec 25th

No Jesus (Word God) He was not born on Dec 25th. In fact it is not recorded in the word what date He came into the world. One of the obvious reason why is because the date of his coming (birth) is not as important as the day of His death. In addition there is no place in the word which teaches us to keep the day of his coming ("birth"). In fact is written not to worship the True God as other heathen nations worship false gods. Deut 12:30-30, Jer 10:2-5, Gal 4:8-10. We are to worship according to his word, how can someone eternal have a true date of birth? Christmas is not of God, but carnal minded men. Greg

Why Do Christians Divorce

Adultery is not grounds for divorce, only fornication is grounds according to Jesus. Matt 19:9 No regardless of what many preach fornication and adultery are not the same, Gal 5:19. The scripture were written by guidance of the Holy Spirit. Unless man was confused by the Spirit they are not the same, because both are mentions, Adultery and right next to it fornication in the same verse one after the other, showing there is a difference. Married To A Drunk Pastor

It is written God hates "putting away" which is leaving or divorcing. Being a Pastor is not something men should decide to do, but are appointed to do of the LORD. Whomever the LORD set free is free indeed. No weapon form against us shell prosper. Sounds as though the brother needs a pastor sent of God. Encourage and empower you husband through prayer. Do what is written and God will change or move him. Stand for the LORD and submit unto His will, not the way of the world as so many claiming "faith" in God, yet surrendering unto the ways of the world.

Burn In Hell For Eternity

No the Bible doses not teach that the wicked will burn for an eternity in hell. It dose teach the wicked will receive a punishment they are worthy of. The Bible teaches not to be self or men appointed teachers. My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. James 3:1- . The master from the Greek didaskalos means teacher, master or instructor. Hell itself will be destroyed, so it is impossible for someone to be in it for an eternity. In fact it is written heal shell give up the dead which is in it, those not found in the book (book of life) shell be cast in the lake of fire. Rev 20:13-14

Hide Abortion From Husband

It is written, all manner of sin shell be forgiven unto men, but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven. Matt 12:31-32. I pray you (husband and wife) work things according to you vow because "God hates" divorce. Malachi 2:16. Men time to grow up and stop being "mama's boys" and become husbands according to the word. "For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife..." Matt 19:4-5. Yes you can be forgiven! Confess your fault, He is faithful and just to forgive. 1 John 1:9. Repent, believe in the mercy of God, and be merciful. Forgive you husband for his mistakes and you shell be forgiven, forgive not and you will not be forgiven. It is written. Matt 5:7, 6:14-15

Care For Widows And Orphans

Hanna, You certainly weren't asking for much, and you had done a lot of the "heavy lifting" (buying the house, the paint, etc.) yourself. My question is, If you are a Christian yourself, do you serve in the church where you're a member? It's an excellent way to get to know people and it has the side benefit of helping you to 'get the word out' when you have a need. If you feel that your needs were being ignored, I'd suggest going to the leadership in your church and asking if they could help. Sometimes we DO have to go to the top in order to get things done, even if that isn't the way God intended for it to work. I'd give it another try, and will be praying that you get results this time. Sometimes persistence pays off!

Not Good For A Man To Be Alone

I respect guys who are intentional. Don't be a slave to man-made remedies encased in spirituality but rooted in vain imaginations. Work through your fears with Christ and don't hide behind platitudes and wives tales about patience. Dating is essential for developing social maturity, realistic standards, and faith/experience. Use Gods basic boundaries and enjoy learning about women. Avoid the fear of pain in others' advice. It makes God out to be a magician or a vending machine. Hurt people usually end up testifying through their insecurities and inventing semi-spiritual "coping convictions". They're not remembering the truth in trials. Truth= action while keeping an eye on your identity in Christ. You have the kingdom supporting you!

Can God Heal A Diabetic

Already done at calvary. It's up to us to use our faith, believing and SPEAKING ONLY HIS WORD , commanding disease to leave our bodies in Jesus' Name. Read the Gospels. Jesus always said it was the faith of the one who came to Him that was the ingredient that released His healing. That was before the Cross. Now, the Blood has been offered, Jesus is positioned as the High Priest at Father's right Hand as "Priest over our confession". So when we choose to use faith by speaking only His Word, He agrees with our confession and the power of God is released to conform what is not into what is. God's Word NEVER fails when faith activates it in OUR lives. I get healed EVERY time I get afflicted with something. Jesus is my Lord!

Is Filing Bankruptcy A Sin

Our bankruptcy laws find their origin in the Bible. Deuteronomy 15:1-2 discusses the Sabbatical year: "At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts. This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel the loan he has made to his fellow Israelite. He shall not require payment from his fellow Israelite or brother, because the Lords time for canceling debts has been proclaimed." This would happen every 7 years. Under our laws today, one can file a chapter 7 every 8 years. While mismanaging God's resources may lead to a bankruptcy, being freed from overburdening debt is biblical and is based on the idea that God owns it all and we are simply His managers.

Is Harold Camping Correct
	If the rapture does not occur on May 11 2011, Will these people still believe Camping is correct,assuming He's still alive? This still boils down to Camping's interpretation of scripture, He could very well be wrong, as he was in the past.

Can Christians Get Sick

Galatians. 4:13-15 13As you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you. 14Even though my illness was a trial to you, you did not treat me with contempt or scorn. Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus himself. 15What has happened to all your joy? I can testify that, if you could have done so, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me. Paul, through some illness that seems to be associated with his eyes, was presented with an opportunity to preach the gospel.

Is Smoking A Sin

Smoking is a sin because its a foul addiction that causes all types of disease. There is no smoking section in heaven. I'm not saying a butt smoker wont make it through the gates but why chance it. I have quit for a year now, it was one of the hardest things i have ever done in my life. Drinking is a sin if you do it to get drunk. if i recall timothy needed alcohol (wine) to help with his stomack problems. A little wine at dinner or communion is fine. Thats a glass or even less, really theres no point in drinking it. If you are a recovering alcoholic don't drink anything at all. dont let the demons talk.

Are Christmas Trees Pagan

I found out a few years ago that christmas was a hoax. I really was devistated to find out the truth, that their is no real b-day for christ and instead i was celebrating some pagan idol. I hate christmas now and if i had a choice i burn every "christmas" i could like i would burn any idol. Not pointing any fingers but the roman catholic church is to blame for this, they wanted to convert as many pagans as possable to christ so they agreed with them to make a day to celebrate christ "saint nick"(santa clause" and some pagan god. its been going on for generations and it makes me sick.

Are You A Sinner

Enough bickering already you two i mean wow. You both make valid points. Rebecca i doubt hes going to pubs preaching the word of god, lol. I do know god says don't do as they do getting drunk having orgies so on and so forth. There is nothing wrong with having a glass of wine at dinner with some family and friends. Even jesus turned water to wine for somebodys wedding. I'm sure there were a few drunk sinners their as well, rebecca so lets not exercise judgement to harshly.

Is Playing The Lottery OK

I used to gamble/scratch tickets/lotto, and i can tell you this. God does not approve of it and this is why. Think about the money spending and what else you could do with it. 1 dollar is nothing but a dollar a day could feed a starving child in africa. What would Jesus do? play the lotto or feed a child? Does Jesus want you rich or do you want to be rich? When you pass away you only take with you your faith and good deeds not material things or money.
