Is Man Pure Or Sinful From Birth

Wow, I had no idea the Baptists are run by the Jesuits. I am learning a lot from Frances and others around here.

Friend Becoming A Mormon

Trav, tell him the Mormons take orders from the Jesuits just as the Baptists do, according to Frances on these blogs. Mormons are actually Catholics.

Does God Limit Man's Freedom

Of course our 'freedom' is limited. Every decision we make has a cause, and all causes have previous causes. The causal chain goes back to our births, and ultimately back to the beginning of creation.

USA Becoming Socialistic

Janze, AMEN to what you wrote. Keep on keepin' on!

USA Becoming Socialistic

What is the problem with socialism? Even the early Christians practiced it. See Acts 4:32-37.

Is Man Pure Or Sinful From Birth

Even Adam and Eve were created with flaws. Otherwise they couldn't have sinned. God made us all, flawed and imperfect, knowing we would sin. For His own purposes He set us up for failure. This is clearly stated in Romans 11:32.

Is There Everlasting Hell

Kathr, okay. God bless.

How To Avoid Sin

Kathr, you got that right. What Ralph wrote is at least quite odd. Anyway, I didn't vote Democrat. I voted Peace & Freedom.

Is There Everlasting Hell

Kathr, do you see a dichotomy between Jesus' gospel of the Kingdom and Paul's gospel of Grace? Do they lead two separate groups of people to two different ends? Just wondered. I have no objection to that view.

Death Penalty Biblical Today

Hi Kathr, my argument isn't against grace. It is against the death penalty. In any case David avoided it while still imposing it on others as king. Rather hypocritical, don't you think? God bless!

Death Penalty Biblical Today

Hi Kathr! Perhaps you have a point. Perhaps, too, Paul decided to excuse himself from avoiding being of the world out of expediency. He could be like that. God bless you!

Death Penalty Biblical Today

King David murdered Uriah in order to steal his wife Bathsheba. According to Mosaic law he should have been executed. Why that exception? Because the rich and powerful usually seem to avoid punishment.

Death Penalty Biblical Today

If we are supposed to be in the world but not of the world, should we vote? Isn't voting "of the world"?

Who Is Babylon

Hi Frances008! I find it fascinating that what you write about the Jesuits is so similar to what Hitler wrote about the Jews in his book "Mein Kampf." Why is that? God bless!

Death Penalty Biblical Today

If capital punishment deterred certain human activity, then Jesus' crucifixion should have deterred the spread of Christianity

Who Is Babylon

The book of Revelation is an allegory. Babylon just means the Seat of World Capitalism.

Why Does God Let Us Suffer

Hi Ghagha! If there were no suffering, there would be no need for compassion, a virtue virtually absent from these blogs. God be with you, and be as compassionate as you can, just as God is!
