Need Encouragement Scripture

I am asking for some encouragement. I have had a few suspicious mammograms, and now must see a breast surgeon. This, on top of my other responsibilities is extremely stressful. Does anyone have a particular verse of encouragement I could strengthen myself with?

"He took up our infirmities
and carried our diseases."

May God bless you and keep you in this time. I pray that he gives you peace of mind, strength, and that all turns out well. You will be in my prayers.

Matthew 19:26 With God ALL things are possible!

God Bless,

I hoped someone would hear your concerns, but they didn't. I am surprised. I pray in the name of Jesus that you will be delivered from these pressures you face. I pray that the Lord will have mercy upon you, have favor upon you, and that he will continue to keep you. Look up my Dear, and ask the Lord to lead you. He will. When you get a chance, order the Daily Bread, so you can read and be strengthened daily. Read Psalms 113, and continuously speak things as if they were.

Psalm 116 is helping me get through my brain tumor trials. Also, this prayer may be helpful:

"In all things, may the most holy, the most just, and the most lovable will of God be done, praised, and exalted above all, forever. Your will be done, O Lord, Your will be done. The Lord has given and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the Name of the Lord now and forever. Amen."

I'll be praying for you,
Joe U

1 Thessalonians 5:16-22
These verses helped me get through my mom's breast cance trial. As a family we have learned to give thanks for all and in all circumstances.
It's hard, but it needs to be done. Just give thanks and watch God open His windows and shower you with grace.

Dear Madison

"Are not five sparrows sold for two cents? And yet not one of them is forgotten before God. "Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear; you are of more value than many sparrows.

"How much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!"

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life"

Angel. I will be praying for you first of all. You are not alone. I don't know you but prayer has no barriers. Jesus said He will never forsake us or leave us alone. Stand on that Word. Speak it out everyday...all day. He does not put anything on us that we cannot bear. Please read Psalm 23,91 and Psalms 139.Also Isaiah chap 40:1-5. There are so many wonderful scriptures. Expect your healing and it will come to pass. I am praying for you.Love you

Father I come to you in the mighty name of Jesus. Lifting up my sister Madison before your throne of mercy. I come asking for healing on Madison behalf, Lord as only you can do. I pray for a good report from her doctor and a clean bill of health for her. I speak healing, wholeness and wellness in the name of Jesus. I thank you in advance,Father, for her healing. Its done in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Your Holy and Righteous Son. Amen and amen

In Psalm 62, something incredible happens in between verse two and verse six because the psalmist goes from not being greatly moved in verse two to not being moved at all in verse 6. What took him from not being greatly moved to not being moved at all will also take you to that place. Pray Eph.1:17-23 and ask the Holy Spirit what took place between those two verses.

Isaiah 41:10 was my verse when I went through my treatments.

Dear Sister in Christ:
I am a breast cancer survivor, going on 5 years since diagnosis. One scripture that helped me through diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation was: Romans 8:38, 39. May the Lord bless you and fill you with peace and assurance. Eda

Madison, this is from the writings of a wise Christian abuot applying scripture here, C. S. Lewis.

There are all sorts of things that can happen with your health (such as your mammograms say) and other things in your life, including the stress--but they cannot ALL happen. In fact, some possibilitied automatically exclude others.

Your present uncertainty is your appointed cross, and it's about THIS insecurity you pray, "Thy will be done"--and the grace wil come to bear it.
---Jack on 5/31/05

Madison, I'm still praying for you.

Madison, if you can focus on this scripture - memorize it - repeat it several times a day, I believe you will find it very helpful. Make the verses personal for you with your name in them. The Word of God is powerful. Speak it out loud and write it on your heart. Praying that you will know the perfect peace that is in Him.

Isaiah 26:3
"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."

Also there is Philippians 4:7 and Colossians 3:15

Thank you all for the verses. I am taking care of my immune system as best I can, but I do need to learn to relax. God has been giving me verses to ponder as I rest.

He got me to slow down this week because He put a helpless kitten in my life that needs to be fed and cared for regularly. This has helped me to rest and not worry about myself.

I know who my Father is, and I trust His plans for me.
---Madison on 4/17/05

I have been praying for you. I know a little about how you must feel because my wife went through this uncertainty (and then sadly certainty) about cancer.

But I was not the sufferer, whereas you are, and you are the one who has to have concerns for yuorself and you still go on caring about others.

What is there to say? Others will quote verses to you ... may I just say that if you place yourself in God's hands, He will carry you through whatever there is in store for you.
---Alan_of_U.K. on 4/17/05

Gregg ... where on earth did you get this from "Cancer cells cannot develop in an oxygen rich environment"?

Cancer attacks both healthy and unhealthy. My wife was the most unstressed person you could meet.

I understand that cancer cells grow faster in a healthy strong body. Certainly they grow faster in a younger person

Jesus said to Martha when she complained about Mary not helping her, 'Martha, Martha, you are concerned over many things, but only one thing is needful; and Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.' You are 'extremely stressed.' Stress depletes oxygen. Cancer cells cannot develop in an oxygen rich environment.

Madison, I cannot know what your going through, but you are in my prayers. I know this, though, almost exactly 10 years ago I broke my back. The doctor didn't give me much hope, and told me that I would not be the same again, but I praised the Lord and had a good friend who cried out to God. I have no evidence of a broken back today!
