It takes the Blood of Jesus Christ.... Well, you should know this>>>We need to bring God up and lower man. You can just tell when you say something that you know came from God's own lips, you get a denial from the wicked man. Or something, a snicker on the lips, maybe a groan, somewhere, I can detect it. I've got news for you, your way is not working. Ahhh Jesus+.

Being a Truly Christian is being totally sold out to God. Including leaving the devil & his glamorous worldly pleasures alone.

When you(I) put the things of God, first in our lives. We eat, sleep and think Jesus. We want to follow in the footsteps of Christ and do the work that He did. We do it cheerfully and without complaining. No one has to browbeat us and make us do the things of God.We want to please God so do the things that He requires us to do. Not just on Sundays or some days but we strive to be Christ-like everyday. It is an everyday duty not a chore to serve Christ. We want more and more of Him everyday. We love to pray and share the Gospel with others, whenever we can and are not ashamed to do so.

You will truely know if you are a christian. Christ will be first in your life. I agree, it's not about religion. Religion is, what can i do to be saved. It's not what can i do, but what has already been done for you.

Truly a Christian? Certainly one must believe in Jesus Christ, follow Christ . .but I think we should truly desire to please God - to try to obey. I know we all fail at times, but if we truly desire to obey. . .the Fruits of the Spirit will show us what we need to know.

God's Spirit will bear wittness with your spirit that you are a child of God. God will make Himself known to you in your life through the word of God. You will know Him as Holy Father to you. Then you shall find me when you seek for me with all your heart!

I agree with Candice, to many religions try and put us back under the law or performance system. Christ loves a cheerful giver. Our works now are out of gratitude for what he did, not for what we must do. Galatians 2:20, Allow Christ to live through you. Speech that can not be condemned. Read Romans through Philemon, a good place to start. God bless

You know you are truly a Christian when you not only have the burden to make a difference in the world for the God of the Bible but when it's become a passion.

Having a heart that adores holiness and truth without jealousy cannot happen outside the influence of the Holy Spirit.

If you are continually burdened with doubt ask forgiveness for sins, ask Jesus to take your place, recieve the Holy Spirit and be sure.

You truly are a Christian following Christ, when you truly follow the bible. Religion will not save man, only Jesus can. I thoughht being "members" at different churches would save me because I attend them, but thatbis not the case, it is personally following Jesus, but let me say finding a fellowship whether a church bldg or a bibelstudy at a house is important, & check to see if they are following the word.

When the spirit of God draws your spirit to him, and convicts you of your sins, and you come in faith believing, and ask Jesus to come into your heart, you become born again. A true christian to me is when you can love your enemies, and treat them with kindness.
