It's difficult! If you are anything like me, you pretty much pray about, just about everything. God tells me often "to try it". This sounds somewhat frivolous to me too. But I heed to it, and if it is God, I can do it. No struggles, enjoying myself and so forth. One time God even said "if you dare." I said, "I dare".

Even when those whom chooses to afflict pain on me, I forgive them as Christ, once utter for them for they no not what they done. I cried in my heart how he really love us. I am about to received my breakthrough and will steadfast . I am standing in his faith and on his word. I had read Job for some reason what do this mean?

the only way to know God's will for your life is to be in constant communication with Him , and to ask him directly . . .

Whenever God wanted to make something perfectly clear He would say it three times. Most of the really important messages in scripture are repeated three times. When trying to understand God's will for you watch for the pattern of thrice. If you are moving in the wrong direction He will put three stumbling blocks in your path. If you are moving in the direction that pleases Him there will be only peace and joy. Just remember, stumbling causes pain.

1. Make yourself available. (Sounds simple, but it's harder than you think.)
2. What is the desire of your heart? (He's not going to make you do something we don't want to.)
3. What preparation is needed? (Collage, special training, etc.)
4. Daily read & study your Bible and pray.
5. Don't be afraid to move based on the facts, or even desires. It's been my experience, God will open and shut doors as you go - but you must move, don't wait for "the handwriting on the wall."

My favorite too Dory, I read Ps 91 and claim God's promises everyday. I have it memorized and often sing it as I am doing gardening, housework or stuck in traffic!

John 8:31, 32 "If you continue in my Word, then you are my disciples indeed, and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." Matt 4:4 "live by ...every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God" (Jesus said this in the context of quoting the old Testament)

God promises that in obedience to Him, we will know what we need to know, not necessarily what we want to know! And we can trust Him for the rest..

Ps 27.14 "Wait on the LORD...."

Lillian Waters - The best passage I know of, to pray for protection of any kind, is the entire chapter of Psalm 91. I memorized Psalm 91 several years ago, and recite it at least once a day, as a prayer for protection for my family.

Start by doing what you know to do out of God's word. Do what He tells you to do as a believer. We know His word is His will. As you get closer to the Lord, His will will become more clearer to you. Start with His word and show Him you are for real. Pray and ask. A lot of what God requires from us is in His word. Isa. 41:10
