Men, Women, Children... EVERYONE comes to the Lord in the same way. You must admit that you need Him, truly repent for your sins, ask Him to work in your life according to His will - not your will. He will accept you with open arms, though you are imperfect & broken... just ask!!!

absurd question alright..just look around you, who makes up the majority of the church today? Mostly women..and they came the same way men came only in more numbers than men...have you got something against women friend?
---jana on 7/14/06

What an absolutely absurd question! The same way men can be brought unto the Lord in these days - by repentance and accepting the blood sacrifice that atones for our sin/seperation from God. Please tell me that you meant, "What are some good ways to reach women in this day and age?" Then, I may be able to help you with at least one or two good suggestions...

Rebecca, your answer is so right. I have noticed how much you have learned and your understanding is so great. It is a great answer. I believe our job is to give the Gospel and let God do the work. He, can do things we are unable to do, to people we would think would never come forward. He changes the hearts and opens the eyes of those that are lost, and gives them the uderstanding they need whether man or women.

A person hears the word of God being preached then God must FIRST deal with your heart, convict you of your sins, then ask for forgiveness. One doesn't have to be baptised for it shows good conscience toward God but isn't a sin if one isn't baptised. One should want to, have that desire to but not requried. Why do people leave out the part where God has to deal with one's heart in order for them to be saved or repent?

Everyone is brought to Christ the same way. You must first hear the word, be taught. Then you must believe what you have been taught. You must repent of your sins. Meaning you have to turn away from your sin and strive to walk in the light. Then you must confess before men that Jesus is the Son of God amd then be baptized for the remission of sins. Then you are added by the Lord to His church. You can find all of these steps in the N.T..I can provide you with the list of scriptures.

correction, Jesus said he is the life, not like.

Whether we are male or female.
John 14:6 Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the like: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
1Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Romans 10:10 For with the heart man (people) believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romams 10:13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Acts 15:11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with they mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. continued

Same as in the old days, nothing has changed. The spirit of God has to draw a person in first, before they can ask him to come into their heart. (meaning God has to be dealing with ones heart). If God isn't dealing with someone's heart then they can to the alter and pray all they want, they'll go down a sinner and come back up as a sinner.

By realizing that you are born a sinner, Jesus Christ died for you, and will Save you if you repent, and ask Him for Salvation.
He paid what was needed so you could go to Heaven.
Accept Him now. No one can take Him from you once you accept Him. You will go to Heaven when you die.

By acceptnig Jesus & doing what he teaches. being baptized. It is not "just" men being saved, it's women too.
---candice on 9/23/05

The weaker vessel may need more persuading that they need salvation, but what a joy it is when one really does surrender themself completely up to the Lord.

Discrimination against women is a doctrine of demons. God loves women, He made them at His image. Jesus' blood was shed for both women and men, the Holy Spirit flows in both. Therefore, doubt not you are very special to God and no one had the right to hinder you.

Oh, Rose, I am sorry for what I have posted earlier. Seeing Chuck's response, I know now why you asked that "question". I am retracting what I said earlier. My apologies. Thank you, Chuck, for verifying where Rose is coming from. You are an angel!

Rose, I see you are from India. I do not know the mores of the part of your country you live so I apologize for not knowing.
In many countries, women are brought to the Lord like men, they see, observe, or know someone who is a christian who has an attitude toward life that they desire. That role model is a bible to the unchurched and opens them to learning of our religion and the work of the Holy Spirit. This fills the emptiness in their life.

God said when we repent we are new he didn't say when men repent. Everyone if they repent he is faithful and just to forgive us. So if everyone calls on the name of Jesus will be saved.

Pray that God shed his light in your heart so that you can know the real God who loves everyone.

And thank God for his Grace and Mercy.

I cannot understand why you think there has to be a different way for women. Everyone needs to hear God's word and learn what Jesus has done for them as an individual. Everyone is an individual, a sinner, in need of a Saviour. We need to tell everyone, man, woman and child that Jesus is that Saviour.
---Xanthi on 9/23/05

I would not want to be rude but your post is making me to conclude the following:(1) You seem to believe that women in general are wayward. (2)You seem to have bias, prejudice towards women. (3) You seem to believe that women are sinners (who are not, by the way?)
