Prayer For Breast Cancer

I have been praying for eight girls with breast cancer for over ten years and now one is very sick. Her name is Rosie Vasquez from Texas. Dory, I know where your heart is at and can you and others that have a heart for praying for others, please pray for her? Thank you so much.

Necromancy is forbidden in the Bible and when you ask the dead to help you pray to God that is what you are doing. De 18:11 necromancer-seeks,enquires,to ask for, likened to wizards, consulters of familar spirits,or charmers. God's people are still forbidden to do it. You are to pray to God in Jesus Name,Jesus is the only one God receives His prayers or ours from Him.

To Helen, You do not know the whole truth. Catholics often 'ask' the saints to 'help' them pray to God just like you might ask a friend or family member or your pastor to help pray. Don't be fooled like many others ignorant of Catholic beliefs. We do not pray to the saints, we pray with them and they pray with us. In addition, more time than not a traditional Catholic prayer ends, we ask this through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

God I pray for Rosie Vasquez and bind the spirit of cancer, who must leave in Jesus name. I curse the seed, root, and cells of Rosie's cancer, and command all cancer cells to die. I command all of Rosie's body defense cells to rise up and attack the cancer cells and for all damage done by the cancer cells to be restored by Jesus blood. Amen.

Lupe I will be praying for this lady.
---M.A. on 5/8/07

Michael - Hi. Only prayers to the Father in Jesus' name are answered by God. That is what Scripture teaches.
---Helen_5378 on 10/5/06

Donna2277 - I was responding directly to the Blog that I commented on, and I did not read what the Blog was about. Sorry - maybe you should do the correcting in future. I will be praying for you. Bless you.
---Helen_5378 on 10/5/06

Helen--There is a time and place (and, I would add, a WAY) to "point out the truth". A blog requesting prayer does not seem an appropriate time or place.

Father, I pray that you would touch Rosie Vasquez. Ease her pain, soothe her anxiety, comfort her with your presence. I pray that she, and all those around her, would KNOW you and that you are the Lord, for whom nothing is impossible. Thank you, in Jesus name.
---Donna2277 on 10/4/06

Helen- actually I don't know what I can do with my prayer. Since you're such a good Christian, why don't you tell me?
---Michael on 10/4/06

Hi Helen! I am sorry that you are such an intolerable Christian. I am Catholic and Catholics are Christians also and we read the same book. I don't think it's your place to decide whether or not God will answer my prayers. A little arrogant to condemn another Christian, no? You can "tell it like it is" if you would like, but I still think God listens to me, even if you don't. Believe it or not, I think that God actually loves Catholics too! I will pray for you even if God doesn't listen.
---Michael_George on 10/4/06

Donna 2277 - I believe in never compromising the truth, that is why I said what I said. Prayers like that ("Peregrine") are not answered by God anyway, and the error needs to be pointed out. I have some idea of how you might have felt Donna, but nevertheless the truth is the truth.
---Helen_5378 on 9/25/06

Helen -- I don't believe in praying to the saints. But when I had breast cancer, I was grateful for any kind person who would care enough to pray. I did, and now that I am healed, I still do, thank them for their concern.
---Donna2277 on 9/25/06

Michael - You know what you can do with your so-called prayer, don't you. That is just a whole lot of mumbled words. Just who on earth is "Great St. Peregrine"? Is he Mary's husband in heaven or something equally ridiculous. Prayers are only answered when they are to the Father in Jesus' name, and only when you are born-again.
---Helen_5378 on 9/24/06

Great St. Peregrine, you have been called The Mighty, because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God.
For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fibre of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favoured with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you. Amen.
---Michael on 9/24/06

My prayer come from my heart. I will be standing in the gap for this lady as well as the other ones. We need to lift her up in the sight of God and bind this disease, so she/they can be healed. We need to be expecting the unexpected, we need to speak things as though they already are. She/they are healed in Jesus name.
---Rebecca_D on 2/8/06

For the record, my prayer comes from a Handbook of Healing from Charles and Frances Hunter. They have prayers for just about every disease you can think of.

2. I know there is others out there with this very deathly cancer and that it is something that is happening so much now. I want to thank all of you for your prayers for her. She must be going through so much. Barbara, I am glad that you are doing good now. Praise God. I live two thousand miles away from her and might make the trip later on depending how things go from here. Everything is in God's wonderful hands. Thanks to everyone for your kindness and caring for others. Dory, thank you for your email.

I want to thank all of you for your prayers and continued prayers for her. She has two sons that live far away from her and her husband died about four weeks ago now. She is along and very sad. She is 58 years old and has had cancer for over ten years. But she was hit with her husbands death and now this. I have to admit that when I saw the first three answers to my request it kind of broke me down a bit. I hope and pray for all others that have it too.
---Lupe2618 on 2/8/06

Father, we thank thee O Lord for thy mercy, grace, and goodness. Thy word declares that by the stripes of thy son we are healed. Stretch forth thy merciful hand from heaven and have thy son, the great physician, minister healing to these women. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
---Delmar on 2/8/06

I will be praying. Last year, four co-workers were diagnosed with breast cancer.
---Madison on 2/7/06

Rosie is in my prayers, as well as all those on this blog who are interceding for her. May GOD bless you all for your faithfulness.

Lupe, she will be in my prayers daily. I am a cancer survivor since 1998, I give God the glory. May the Lord heal her body and bless her in a mighty way.
---NVBarbara on 2/7/06

yes, I'll stand in agreement w/ you'll.
When I was 11yrs. old Jesus completely healed me of hepititas and liver and kidney failure. So I stand in agreement according to Matthew 18:19 and 1Peter 2:24.
---Rickey on 2/7/06

Lord, I ask for you to extend your healing power and mercy to Rosie. I don't know exactly what to ask, but I pray that the Holy Spirit/Jesus would intercede on her behalf. Thank you for hearing my prayer, Lord. May Rosie know how loved she is.
---Cathy_Y on 2/7/06

Lupe ... Yes I will pray for this girl. Can you tell us more about her? How old is she, and does she have family who should also be uplifted in prayer?

I also agree in prayer. Father, Your will be done, not mine. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
---rex6965 on 2/7/06

Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, I lift Rosie before Your throne of grace, acknowledging You alone as healer. I ask You, Lord, to work in every area of Rosie's life, and bring her to the place where she would be able to receive all that You have for her. I call upon the power of the prayer of agreement and put myself in agreement with Wes. I curse cancer in Jesus' name. I command cancer to die and speak life and healing into Rosie's body.
---DoryLory on 2/7/06

I also come against fear, in the name of Jesus Christ and ask Lord, that You would comfort Rosie with Your love and Your peace. I pray for a fresh and a new revelation of Your love for her personally. Lord, Your Word declares You are the healer. Only You can heal Rosie and I praise You, Father, because You are all she needs. You are enough, Lord and I thank You for healing and restoration, in Jesus' name.
---DoryLory on 2/7/06

I agree with Wes's prayer in Jesus name, amen.
