Can we prove from scripture that God will allow the Jews to set up their sacrificial system again after what people are calling the secret rature? Is the rapture biblical or fiction?

Rev Herb: you gave two scriptures for the first resurrection. what do they have to do with a rapture.

Here is the rapture.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Theres not a slight bit of proof that the Jews will ever be given the right form God to sacrifice again. The whole rapture theory is a false doctrine that is not supported by scripture

You need to give me some scripture to prove that the jews will sacrifice again.

To sacrifice a lamb after the cross is to tottaly reject the true messiah.

plus there is no proof in the bible for a 7 year tribulation after a "secret rapture"

I Agree with all the Rev. Herb says in answering this question.
And yes the Jews will rebuild the Temple, this will be the third of four Temples, and they will institute animal sacrifices in the third Temple again. All these things will be guaranteed the Jews by the Antichrist in order to get the Jewish people to accept a defenseless posture.

ONE Jesus.
ONE Second Coming.
ONE Resurrection.
ONE Judgement.
ONE Kingdom that will have no end.

I can go into many different blogs and disprove the secret rapture. Lets talk about the Jews being given back their sacrificial system, a false doctrine indeed. Jesus died once for all sinners and His blood is sufficient for all, Jew and gentile. If the Jews didnt accept Jesus as the messiah 2000 years ago and if they wont accept Him as their lamb before He comes with power and great glory then they have rejected Gods plan of salvation.

Rev herb,

there will be no rapture and then 7 years of tribulation. The tribulation happens before He comes in all His glory once for all the saved at his second coming. To say that the church is vanished off the earth in some secret rapture and then 7 years of tribulation where the antichrist appears and then Christ comes in all His glory is absolutley false. The antichrist is here on earth right now and the bible says that every eye will see Him.

Martha told Jesus, "I believe Lazarus will rise again on the Last Day."

How many days can be called The Last Day?

Go ahead and beleive what you want, Rev. Herb.

I'll beleive Jesus and His holy Word.

There is no general resurection, There are three resurections. One happened at Christ's Crucifixion, One will happern at the rapture, and one will happen at the end of the thousand year reign. The last one will be sinners to be judged.

Part 2:

Dispensationalism turns this practice on its head: it uses the UNCLEAR and FIGURATIVE passages of scripture to interpret the clear ones.

Thus you wind up with 2 Second Comings, a half-dozen Last Judgements, and handful of Resurrections.
---Jack on 6/16/06

Eric, you're right.

This is a problem with dispensationalism.

If you use the clear passages of the Bible to interpret the unclear, you wind up with an apocalyptic timeline similar to what the classic creeds say: Jesus returns to earth, the dead are raised, this present age comes to a halt, there is the Last Judgement and inauguration of the Eternal Kingdom.

Rev herb,

1 Corinthians is just describing the resurrection when Jesus comes in all His glory. In that passage it says "at the last trump."

The trumpet is probably the loudest of the horns. We will hear it. It will be an audible event. Rev 1:7 We will see it,

2 peter 3:10 says that when Jesus comes as a thief the heavens will pass away with a great noise and the elements will melt with fervent heat. That dosnt sound like a secret
---eric on 6/15/06

Rev Herb, all these passages show is that there IS the general resurrection and gathering of believers to meet Jesus when He returns.

There's NOTHING in these passages that says it happens secretly.
