The broad-path allows multiple doctrines, thoughts, ideas assuming all will lead to God. It is loose on discipline. It assumes God does not punish.
---Adetunji on 2/23/11

The broad path is sin, and sinners travel on it right down into hell: but the narrow path is righteousness, and Christ and Christians travel on it right up into heaven.
---Eloy on 2/21/11

The broad path is the path for those we have not received the holy ghost/spirit and are not/have not obeyed God's commandments.(HolyGhost/Spirit read Acts 1:1-4). The narrow path is for the ones in obedience to God striving to do his will and holy ghost filled.

The unsaved(those that honor false Gods) are dead allready(unless the accept Jesus now)

The Broad, and narrow path, Jesus is talking about, is for Christians, The Followers ONLY! 1/4 of the population of the world is "Christian" that means of that 1/4 FEW will find the narrow Gate, on the narrow Path. Thats Why it is ABSOLUTELY NECISSARY to get right with Jesus, and stop actively sinning now. Its time for Christians, The True Church of God, to come out of the woodwork, and Deny self, and follow christ.

There is 6.7Billion ppl on earth.

2.1 Billion is "chrsitian"

FEW VERY FEW, of the 2.1 will go to heaven

There are two paths to heaven. The truly saved(which will have few travelers) will be the one less traveled. The Broad path(will have many travelers) will be he path that leads to hell, death and destruction. The well traveled path.

The broad path is paved with lies. You know you are on it if you are following anyone other the Son of God. It is the road that is less bumpy and paved with golden nuggets that look like truth and you will see plenty of others walking about.

When you enter thru the narrow gate, you probably won't see anyone else there because it is NARROW..single file all the way. The truth leads the way and as you walk along the darkness recedes behind you.

John 12:35-36.

The broad path.

Broad is the way that leads to destruction ( hell ) & be many to go in thereat. Which Are The Man - made relig - org's churches of the world. The rcc & her offspring daughters churches, Including the other Man - mades, the muslam, buddha, hindu etc.

Sorry to say, even some from The One God Jesus name Church of The Living God due to disobedience.

Avoid the broad road. live in the likeness of Jesus Christ. repent of sins, pray often, live the commandments of God. You live in the world but not of the world. You scorn and avoid pleasures of the flesh and false teachings of man. You are doers of the word and not hearers only. Most people are only religious sunday. They profess Jesus with their lips, but their hearts are far from Him. Many christians say they will return to God, but the judgment will paint a different picture for most.

Most people is on the Broad Path, and some are using the cloak of religion. The Broad Path to destruction is leading you into Hell, but not to worry you will have a lot of company. There are but two ways. right and wrong. Good and Evil. One of these one of us is walking either The way to Heaven or the way to Hell. [No Purgatory] No middle way now. The gate is strait and the way narrow and uphill, but one hour in heaven will make amends for all.

The broad path is the way that seems right to a man but the end thereof is death. It seemed right for Adam to try to do something to be like God instead of believe that he had been made in the image of God. The way of self-righteousness or trying to balance out the evil with the good is a broad path because no man can ever do enough to merit God's love or acceptance through Jesus Christ the Son.

Barna survey: 88% of Americans are Christian. 43% are born again. Christians are suppose to obey the law of the land. I travel from Los Angels to Hemet at the posted speed limit while literally everyone zips past me like I was standing still. If Christians can't obey a simple speed law, how are they suppose to obey God's more tougher laws like "even if you think about it, it's a sin." So, who's traveling the broad path?
---Steveng on 9/16/06

I saw on a religious tv show that only 1/4 of the people on earth are Christians. So, the broad path to me would mean the other 3/4 of people who honor false gods or have never heard yet of God.

I competely agree with Linda's answer.
---mima on 9/16/06

After salvation the Christian keeps the law of Christ by nature, rather then externally to endeavor to be justified. For no flesh is justified by keeping the law, but only by God's pity to us are we saved. So we should not sin in order to gain God's reconciliation, for when we obey him then there is no need for sacrifice. "If you all love me, my commandments keep. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." John 14:15; 1 John 5:3.
---Eloy on 9/16/06

"If you all love me, my commandments keep." Most so-called Christians are disobeying the 2nd Command of God. The 1st command most will obey, which is, love God; but the 2nd command is equally important, which is, love your neighbor (Mark 12:29-31). This Golden Rule in Matthew 7:12 is most important to God. Please read what Jesus says about doing works for salvation in Matthew 7:12,19-27; 25:34-46.
---Eloy on 9/16/06

Many who sleep in the ground of dust will awake: some to life everlasting; and some to shame, to horror everlasting. For all will stand before God and the books will be opened, and every one will be judged out of those things which are written in the books, according to their works. When you stand before the judgment throne of Christ, you will receive the things in body, according to what you have done, whether good or bad.

Sinners go to hell= Daniel 12:2; Matthew 25:41-46; Revelation 20:12-15; 21:8. Sin and Sinners cannot enter into heaven= John 8:21; Revelation 21:27.
---Eloy on 9/16/06

All the people on that path have rejected God's Son for their salvation. It's not through any name that you will be saved only Jesus. It's not by works it's by grace alone!
---eliza4969 on 9/15/06

It is woe to the guy who comes into the path of broads...just kiddin'. But seriously it is the sinuous road of sin which leads to consequences of death; and opposite this is the strait and narrow way, the path of Christ, it is the righteous road of righteousness which leads to blessings of everlasting life.
---Eloy on 9/15/06

All those who are not born-again are travelling on the broad path which leads to hell.

The more one tries to merit salvation, the broader the path becomes until, finally, destruction swallows up the traveller. There is no amount of good or evil one can do to change the love of God for him. The love of God established in the person and work of Christ is perfect and unconditional for all, and those who receive Him receive life and become sons of God.
