Which Husband Live With In Heaven
The answer to this question is easy. Luke 20:35,"But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage."

Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

come to think of it The LDS really didn't read much of the New Testament since it clearly says that an Elder should only be married to one wife. hum, 1 or 3 sounds like it's clear, but maybe 1 might look like 3 with Mr. Smith's glasses on.

obviously the LDS church doesn't read the "red" words in the bible. it's pretty clear there is no marriage in heaven

Jana, the Saducees asked Jesus this same question.
How did He answer?
---Jack on 11/10/06|
No marriage in heaven. Mormons married in the temple; men are given secret names to call wives from the grave. If that wife hasn't been a good girl, her name won't be called. What a surprise for the men, when God doesn't call their name. How will those three wives make it up to the celestial kingdom? (Even modern-day LDS need 3 wives to make it up there - they don't tell you that). So you spiritually join yourself to men without the polygamy to get that rank.

jesus said that we will not marry or begiven in marriage in heaven. I pretty much believe that covers it.

We won't be living with a husband because we won't be living with our children either we won't have family 's as we did down here
---Betty on 11/9/06|
There will be no marraige in heaven you won't have children

God will have made sure that there will be no weeping no crying no dying no hurting and no pain in Heaven and there certainly will be no need to worry about earthly things such as marriages in heaven Thank God can you imagine the chaos, How Clever God Is!

hahah bruce, sorry yes your right, we are going to be re-created into new beings once again before we go to heaven. sorry.
---jana on 10/5/06|
"Definite procreation as we rise up to meet Christ in the air..."
Are you sure you do not mean "re-creation" as we will be made anew? Pro-creation is the act of making babies. I doubt if that will be taking place as we rise up to meet Jesus in the air.
---Bruce5656 on 10/3/06|
Jana - That is right - no procreation in heaven. See Matthew 22:30 and Mark 12:18-27. Marriage and procreation is for this life only. It ceases once we die.

Jana, like others pointed out, almost the exact question is answered by jesus in the bible (see Rev Herb's comments for the quote)
Alan, in heaven, you will recongise everone you knew and will also remember all this crazy stuff that happened on earth, both bad and good, plus you will understand the full reason for certain things you didn't understand.

While the answer is not directly found in scripture, we are told:
1 Corinthians 13:12, "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known."
---Bruce5656 on 10/2/06|
thanks Rev Herb. Excellent answers. Helen, there is not procreation in heaven? It says in 1Cor15:51 Behold I shew you a mystery: We shall not all sleep but we shal all be changed 52 In a moment, in the trinkling of an eye at the last trump dead shall be raised incoruptible and we shall be changed. Definite procreation as we rise up to meet Christ in the air...

Will they recognise each other? And remember they were married in their earthly life?
---Alan8869_of_UK on 10/1/06|
There is no marriage in heaven. Marriage is for this life only. There will be no procreation in heaven. (Matthew 22:30; Mark 12:18-27).
---Helen_5378 on 9/26/06|
There is only one marriage in heaven and it's between the bride(believers) and the bridegroom(Jesus).
---john on 9/26/06|
Jana, the Saducees asked Jesus this very same question.
What did He tell them in reply?
---Jack on 9/26/06|
There is not marraige in heaven of earthly spouses--"Till death do you part"
---eve on 9/26/06|
Neither as there is no marrying are taking in marriage in heaven. This question exposes a false teaching of the Mormons. These people have named Jesus in the title of their church certainly Jesus is not in their hearts. Maybe not a blanket statement a high percentage statement.
