Is This Grounds For A Divorce

My wife and I split in July and I have the children every day. She says after 14 years of marriage she says she does not love me any more and 5 weeks later sleeps with a guy on every weekend she doesnt have the kids. Is this grounds for an annulment?

Try to not give in to your hurt.
I would say give it time, but that's only because I've been on the other side of this and later wanted to come home. Not being able to obtain forgiveness destroyed my sanity.
If you really care for her, (and I know you do or it wouldn't hurt so much), give her time to get it out of her system. There's no need to act right now, you can always divorce later if you need to.
Love doesn't fail.

Yes adultery is grounds for divorce.

If you are Catholic adultry on it's own may not be enough for an annulment. To get an annulment you would first have to be divorced in a civil court of law. In overly simplistic terms a Catholic annulment means God was not in your marriage. I don't know if it's only a Catholic thing or not.

I have never seen the word annulment in the bible, but was given an annulment when went to court. My "husband" at the time had been abusive, adulterous. I had recently found out that his first marraige, which he told me ended because of his wifes adultery, was still legally in tact, they'd never divorced. This made me unknowingly an adulteress, as I saw it. This caused some confusion and I searched the Word and God's heart/leading in this. God has forgiven, and delivered and healed.

annullment means invalid, like if a man marries a woman, but afterwards discovers that she's already married, than he can get an annullment because she defrauded him in marriage by committing bigamy, or if there's similar circumstances where a wife defrauds in marriage like lying about her age or citizenship or other facts that if disclosed would have prevented the man from marrying her. In such cases annullment is warranted and recognized by God. But divorce is probably much more common than annullment.

Jesus said to even look at another person with lust is adultery

Pharisee is right. Although you have grounds for adultery, so did the people who brought the lady caught in adultery have the grounds to have her stoned. There isn't an advantage to divorce her right now fast.

It's adultery and it's grounds for divorce per Jesus in Matthew Chapter 5.
An annulment is not in the bible, is it folks? I don't think so. I think that's a Catholic thing, but not a Jesus thing. Jesus never talked about annulment. Am I right folks?

"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge." Hebrews 13:4. In other words, Two in the marriage bed, husband and wife, is holy; but three in the bed, another, is broken wed-lock.
