No, God would not communicate through them again. The whole of the Old Covenant has been done away with by Christ on the Cross. God communicates to us today through His Holy Spirit and His Word which is written on our hearts.

No, why would you be recreating them? To get around something pretty important like the priest. which is the only one that can wear the items mentioned. Our priest is Jesus Christ God incarnate who once for all offered himself as a sacrifice, who was dead, buried, rose on the third day, accended into heaven, and is sitting at the right hand of the father interceeding on our behalf. why would we need to build something when we already have a direct link in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

He speaks to us through His Son. God's final word is Jesus.

Bruce5656 THe new body that God creates for us upon our resurrection, is it not a way to communicate with God? These garments given are a metaphore to how much stronger our relationship with God will be when we live in eternity with Him serving Him..

Jack, I looked it up. (Your modesty serves you well, that was awful). Ryan, why would you ask such a thing? Bleeech.

The Urim and Thummim were used for a sacred lot, not the breastplate or the ephod (itself nothing more than a long white robe).
Teraphim were idolatrous images. Modesty prevents my saying more about them.

No! And why would one want to revert back to that kind of relationship with God? The things pertaining to the OT religion were just a hint of what we experience today.

The author of Hebrews says (10:1) "For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect." See also Col 2:17
and read Heb 8.
When Jesus died, the Holy Spirit destroyed the barrier between God and man. Matt 27:51 We now have access to God on a personal basis with out need for any other mediator. Heb 4:14-16
