What God Do You Serve

What type of God do we have this hour? Do we have a loving, forgiving, blessing, healing and saving GOD or do we have one who is watching, counting our sins against us, ever looking for a chance to condemn us, punish us and drop us in to hell. What say ye?

I don't remain silent. False teachers, none Trinitarians, from the "Oneness Pentecostals", with their theology ideology n commandments doctrines of men. Trying to prove that which is Not Biblical.
False teachers who teach another god.

Who yet is just and will not allow sin to exist forever but will put a final end to all sin.

The GOD that the Bible tells us about.

Eloy wrote, "All is being recorded for Judgment day." And Jesus says, "'But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.'" (Matthew 12:36) So, God recording "all" includes every word we say (o: Because God cares about us, He wants everything to be good for us. And we can not do this unless we are close to God, so this shows how He wants us to be intimately sharing with Him, all the time > this is *good*, then (o:

I serve a God who has me in training. Sometimes, I get so upset with Him, But He will not leave me along. My God pulls me to Him and gives me the most heavenly bound loving from head to toe. Then my anger starts to melt away. how God one minute can make me want to spit nails and the next minute I am just about as close to heaven than one helpless woman can be not to actually be there. What can I do but love this one, true God, Jesus Christ. Please get to know Him. Jesus is more alive and you or I.

The LORD is also Just, and will not be mocked. "Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? The LORD is a God of knowledge, and by HIm actions are weighed. For the work of a man shall He render unto him. Father shall bring every work into judgement, with every secret thing, whether it be good or evil. The LORD is a God of judgement, blessed are all that wait for Him". But know this, "The LORD sees not as a man, man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart."

The LORD is the same today as yesterday as tommorow, In Him there is no shadow of turning. In His own words "The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin. The LORD your God is a merciful God, He will not forsake you, neither destroy you, nor forget the covenant." Obey Him and keep His commandments, love Him and love your fellow man, for this is the whole duty of man.

The same God we have always had. He is Our Father, sometimes He is stern, sometimes He disciplines us, sometimes He chastises us. But, He always loves us and wants what is best for us. He forgives us, heals us and wants to save us, but like all good fathers, he wants us to learn to be responsible adults knowing how to forgive, to love, to share, to discipline and raise future generations of Christians.

Same as the last hour for me, a God who's grace triumphs over his judgment, and being his children we are to be the same.

We give ourselves grace all the time, we are truly like God when it's more important to give grace than receive it.

Marcion believed that their were 2 Gods. Male and Female. How could the same wrathful God of the Old Testament be the same loving God in the New Testament?
---Tonne_Miessek on 12/25/06

God has not changed. He is still looking to save mankind, not condemn them. However whoever does not accept HIS way of salvation will be condemned. Not because he wants to, but because they have rejected HIS way, which is the only way.
---craige on 12/24/06

Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to the Lord and He will Abundantly pardon . This scripure sure helped me see Jesus is forgiving and He changes not .

I sinned against God and He forgave me .His mercies are new every morning .I backslid for years . to learn of His mercy ,power of His blood .To recieve mercy and help in my time of need .This kindness leads to true repentance .trying to be good enough out of fear and we fail .Knowing His mercy we love and want to obey Him .There is repentance available from Jesus who leads us to repent through the Holy Spirit.there is hope .I do not suggest backsliding it is a terrible sad way to go .very tormenting

Mima, the God that I know is a loving, forgiving, merciful (His mercies are new every morning), faithful God. God is love to me. God disciplines those whom he loves, but some Christians confuse discipline with punish. God has never punished me, but has disciplined. Even so, His banner over me is Love. He is the lover of my soul. We love Him because He first LOVED us, not punished, doesn't condemn us, but gathers us unto Himself and brings us to His banqueting table.
---Donna9759 on 12/19/06

Loving, Forgiving, Blessing, Healing and Saving GOD. That is what he is and that is what he does. Allthough we never did REALLY leave him so: Forgiving, Healing, and Saving are only necessary when you think you are elsewhere. PEACE.
---peter8365 on 12/19/06

All of that, that you described as God, is God.

We do not accept Christ, He accepts us. We are to repent and submit. You better be a good servant to enter the kingdom of God. If your nature hasn't changed, chances are, neither are you. A bad tree cannot produce good fruit.
---Ryan on 12/18/06

All is being recorded for Judgment day. For we must all appear in front of the judgment throne of Christ; that every one may receive the things in body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
