I enjoy the blogs where you learn something new about Jesus Christ.
My least favorites are the failed marriage and I'm having an affair blogs.
I don't care for the evolution blogs, either.
---Emily on 12/28/07|
My favorite blogs are about love, relationships,Jesus, faith.I get a chance to share my faith and hopefully help someone along the way. My least favorites are about the denominations, paganism, personal questions about adultery, fornication, suicide etc...because some of these get too personal. Denominational questions tend to favor one denomination over another.Too controversial.
---Robyn on 10/24/07|
Christian blogs about the endtimes is my favorite. So many still do not know about this truth. This topic motivates people to read the Word of God.
I don't like Christian blogs criticizing other religions.
---annoymous1 on 10/21/07|
Just a little blog about my thoughts and how people can follow them.....
.....a blog hog isn't to be tolerated,
it's to be savored, devoured, and fingers smacked.
Oh, how I love the blog hogs.
---Hedgehog on 4/14/07|
I like blogs when people answer questions they are asked. I like it when agreement comes about.
---Sheila on 4/13/07|
I have been wondering why we have so many blogs with the same subject and we just keep hashing the same stuff over and over - such as the Sabbath, 10 Commandments, SDA. Seems the same people blog the same answers on all of them. I enjoy most all the blogs - some make me laugh and others are sad. I see some for a while, then they disappear. I have tried to post a new blog 3 times, but have never been posted and have no idea why. I enjoyed the one about to Edit or Not to Edit. It seems to be gone now.
---phyla3656 on 4/13/07|
My least favorite are the ones that ask "who is so and so?" All those blogs do is spread a pile of gossip from people who don't have the facts, and if they did it would still be gossip.
My favorites are the ones that have two sides to them with lots of Scripture.
---john on 4/11/07|
Most favorite topics here:
Warnings about wrong doctrines, false teaching eg todays prosperity and self centered doctrines.
I find that this is one way to bring people back to God and to sincere faith.
Trivia and interesting blogs that are dominated by two or three over oppinionated, uniformed people. We must all ask ourselves "am I thinking to highly of my own oppinion and do others suffer when I always attempt to win the argument"
---Tim7545 on 4/7/07|
My least favorite is the blogs that go on and on and on about petty things which most of the time leads into arguements and people showing their true colors and get mad. and act like babies when the word steps on their toes and says "I'm not responding no more". My favorite blogs are the ones that most if not all people agree. Which is very, very rare. Because at least one person has to start an arguement.
---Rebecca_D on 4/7/07|
Warwick, I don't think that the blog itself is removed after 75 answers. It is that when a 76th person posts the last one is removed so that we can always only access the newest 75 answers. I personally think it would be better to remove the least helpful answers or the offensive ones but I doubt that the moderators have the time to read through them all to do this.
---m.p.a. on 4/7/07|
My LEAST favorite blogs are the old ones that have been dredged up. They just start old arguments all over again!
IF it were possible, I love to see more love and understanding, and less backbiting.
This IS supposed to be a Christian sight!
---NVBarbara on 4/6/07|
I like the Bible Study Blogs...Any topic...I detest name calling, insulting, arguing, pulling down a denomination...Lord have mercy
---jana on 4/4/07|
MY favorite blogs? The ones that get posted! This is the 3rd time I've blogged on this question!
---NVBarbara on 4/3/07|
Those that edify, and I support those professing the truth.
---Eloy on 3/27/07|
My favorite Christian blogs are those in which bloggers remember their manners and give constructive comments. I don't like blogs that have to do with politics where people are being rude and hurtful to one another. Political "stuff" has no place in Christian blogs.
---mqrya3575 on 3/26/07|
I think Mendy was on the wrong blog, but her message was good and it didn't hurt us to read it! God bless Sis.
---NVBarbara on 3/24/07|
What's the message, mendy?
What does any of that have to do with
What are you really saying?
---wendy on 3/23/07|
I especially enjoy the personal asked questions. And the ones where you have to did into Bible scriptures.
---catherine on 3/23/07|
My favourite blogs are those which defend the foundations of God's Word. These are popular & are removed when they reach 75 comments I believe. Surely better to remove those which arouse little if any interest?
Why kill off the good ones?
---Warwick on 3/22/07|
To tell the different between Jesus the Word of God in human form or flesh. John-6:51 (Jere-15:16).We were not existing, but written by holy or choosen men for us to benefit. And of the Bible through inspiration, the thoughts and sayings of God were written down. To say the Bible is not the Word God is denying God or is not Holy. you are lucky, I write down fire words, I search myself. I don't see them. Apply your senses.
---mendy on 3/22/07|
To tell the different between Jesus the Word of God in human form or flesh. John-6:51,3:13 (Jere-15:16).We were not existing, but written by holy or choosen men for us to benefit. And of the Bible through inspiration, the thoughts and sayings of God were written down. To say the Bible is not the Word God is denying God or is not Holy. How long will you stay stupid? Apply your senses. The Word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two edge sword and pierces -- -- .Heb-4:12
---mendy on 3/22/07|
The ones that give revelation knowledge. The blogs that discuss spiritual things of the Lord because the bible is a spiritual book and cannot be interpreted by the carnal mind.
---donna6598 on 3/20/07|
I agree with the Gentleman NVsteve its like eating old Hash, dry as a boot& no taste.I call it Laundry.
---Emcee on 3/19/07|
My favorites are The Prayer Requests, What's up and Humor.
My least favorite are the ones from 2 years ago that in some-cases make NO sense at all because was just something for THAT moment in time and is NOT relevent now.
Also, not being able to get to previous pages of some blogs that ARE relevent.
---NV_Steve on 3/19/07|
My least favorite blogs: blogs that are taken over by one or two people that are so self absorbed with self they can't see anything but themselves.
The focus on Jesus is like looking through two old coke bottles. Why can't they talk to one another through e-mails.
---Outhouse on 3/19/07|
You know that when it comes to God's topics and helping people understand and find answers to questions in the Bible. There is no question that is unimportant or uninteresting to me. Do to the world situation. I do have a favorite subject, however, and that would involve apologetics and end times discussions. Jody
---Jody on 3/19/07|
How about bagels and cream cheese instead Craig?
---NVBarbara on 3/19/07|
Thank you Barbara. All we need now is Donuts. Hi Sugar.
---craig on 3/17/07|
Maybe you should try it Garth, its EXCELLANT!
---NVBarbara on 3/16/07|
I have, and I shall Garth.
---NVBarbara on 3/16/07|
Cream, if you are on the page that pops up when you get on CN. Right under the tabs, and above where the 'Featured Blog' is yellow, in smaller letters it reads "View all blogs." This will take you to the newest blogs posted.
Are you new here? Welcome and God bless!
---NVBarbara on 3/16/07|
I noticed that some of the blogs date back to the 14th Century. Joke! about 2 years ago. They are the moldy oldies, but sometimes it's good for reference.
---Coffee on 3/16/07|
Where are the extra blogs?
---Cream on 3/16/07|
My favotite blogs are the people blogs where everybody can talk about everyday life in the Lord. My least favorite blogs are the ones where there is arguments, confusion and misinformation. God bless.
---Sugar on 3/16/07|
NY Barbara--But it is so much FUN.
---catherine on 3/15/07|
Go to the new blogs and blog, NV Barb.
---Garth on 3/15/07|
People are taking penpal names. So I'm just a lump of coal, a vacuum cleaner, any thing will do. I've noticed others have caught on. I saw Coffee out there a minute ago.
Alot more dissention these days.
---Hoover on 3/15/07|
I truly wish that people would go to the newer blogs and blog there. Most have few remarks. It seems when I pull up CN the same old questions AND arguments are there, revisited from 1 or 2 years ago. Its time for a change!
---NVBarbara on 3/15/07|
No Tom, I don't want to wade through THAT many blogs. However on any given blog I'd at least like to be able to see 2 pages. Many things don't make sense if you can't see what came right before. It used to say "Next 50 blogs" at the bottom of the most current page, I'd like to just page back one page. I see remarks or ?s on a page and they make no sense because they were answering something from the previous page.
---NVBarbara on 3/14/07|
How many of you really read the 1,200+ Once Saved Always Saved blog entries versus just 75 entries being enough? Just curious. I know I didn't have half a day to read the 1,200+ entries.
---Tom on 3/11/07|
Barbara, I agree. I don't like a few changes that have been done lately.
---John on 3/11/07|
NEW blogs, and the most recent. AND to be able to get right to the 2nd (or 3rd) pages of any given blog. Blogs on one page often make no sense unless we can read the original remarks from the 2nd page.
---NVBarbara on 3/10/07|
i like blogs like "can women prach?" or about relationship between a man and a woman and a husband and a wife. i like such blogs because i have read many books about it and i am interested in the subject,
---Kasia on 3/7/07|
I like the NEW blogs, not these that are dredged up from 2005! Does anyone REALLY think the bloggers from 2005 are still checking for answers?
---NVBarbara on 3/6/07|
I like Blogs like Evengelism because this one is about telling people about the love of God. Mark 16:15 Jesus tells us to go to all creation and preach the good news to people so that they may be saved. otherwise i like all blogs because they help me in one way or the other. terea6953
---Teresia on 3/6/07|
Too many of us forget or never read this! I'd love for ALL the blogs to follow these rules.
1. Biblical(Canonized) and Christ-like replies ONLY.
2. Be sure to SPELL CHECK.
3. Do NOT use all CAPITAL letters.
4. NO web or email addresses posted.
5. Blog approval may take a few hours by moderator.
6. Use your ChristiaNet Penpal User Name as your name.
---NVBarbara on 3/5/07|
My favorite BLOGS are the ones where we are just sharing. I hate the BLOGS where people are rude and attacking others. That's no way to win people over. Remember, we will be judged in the same measure that we judge others. We must practice the Love of Jesus.
---marya3575 on 3/5/07|
John, I liked you BLOG. And you have a nice night.
catherine on 3/2/07
What does that mean?
I love blogs where I can really learn something, NO fighting! I love to learn about others on the blogs thru the Humor, What's Up,Where are u from and similar blogs.I appreciate all the blogs if people aren't attacking each other! GBY
---NVBarbara on 3/5/07|
I like blogs where most of us can agree on things. It isn't very often. but one thing we do have in common is that we all love God and love worshipping and praising him. I don't like blogs that bashes other religion. That just isn't right. I may not agree with their ways, but I'm not going to argue over such things.
---Rebecca_D on 3/5/07|
Any blog that glorifies God.
---christina on 3/5/07|
I like the blogs which defend the absolute truth of Scripture against the 'wolves in the fold' who try to teach error and tear Biblical faith down.
---Warwick on 3/4/07|
I like blogs that talk about god and how to handle problems
---allison on 3/4/07|
My least favorite===who is cheating on whom.
---catherine on 3/4/07|
My favorites are any that are shared openly with the spirit of love, especially when they may help me better understand how to reveal truth and love in my daily life--ones that make me think and search the Word. My least favorites are where people accuse others or make blanket statements and then do not or cannot give any basis or reason for the statement or accusation.
---Wayne87 on 3/4/07|
My most favorite blog is the one where we actually talk to one another about our lives and ask for prayer request. The What's Up blogs are great. My least favorite blogs are the ones posted by members of cults which are posted so that they can get their false doctrine onto this site.
---Susie on 3/3/07|
|Read These Insightful Articles About Education
I like funny blogs and blogs that help with simple language and not long winded blogs that take a million blogs in a row to explain something that would normally take one sentence.
---sue on 3/3/07|
John, I liked you BLOG. And you have a nice night.
---catherine on 3/2/07|
I think many have about had it with mean spirited arguments. Witnessing with love, oh bologna.
If I don't smack you upside the head with my love, you won't get it. You'll be lost.
I've been reading the older blogs in 2005, I could "feel the love", even if there was division. I also like the Moderator's stepping in and shedding some Light in dark places. I, too, do not like blogs that are dominated by one or two people for months on end. Is narcissism contagious like the flu?
---Raine on 3/2/07|
I like uplifting blogs. Testimony blogs, Jesus blogs, humor blogs, prayer blogs, hobby blogs, tech blogs, what's up blogs. How about a help blog? As long as there are no put downs and arguments on these blogs.
What I hate the most are the long winded blogs, where some self appointed professor of everything, thinks he or she can put their spin on 8 paragraphs of winbag retoric. Just a thought. You all have a nice day.
---John on 3/2/07|
I stay away from blogs that lead the respondents to argue while disagreeing. Many of these lead to anger, belitteling, judging, name calling, and hurt feelings among people who don't even know one another.
I enjoy blogs that are funny, those where we share blessings, or pray for one another. dating/marriage tips. I enjoy erious ones too, the arguing and know it all attitudes are a downer.
---lynet on 3/2/07|
Least- #1 SDA, #2 OSAS, Catholic, Polygamy, Desperate Seeking Mates/Divorce, TV Evangelists
Groundhog Day 365/days year
Favorite- Everything else
---Bob on 3/2/07|
Frankly, recently I have been staying off the blogs that have so much dissention and arguments. I steer towards the 'prayer blog' 'humor blog' and 'what's up'." I want to have my spirit lifted, not get into arguments.
"Joy is prayer - Joy is strength - Joy is love - Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls."
