Bob - Well I guess it's gonna rain then. Just pray that I don't get soaked. :o)
---Helen_5378 on 4/25/07

Helen it has been raining heavily in Sydney for days and it looks like inland rain is coming from the west.

Praise God who answers prayer.

I had surgery last Wednesday. All is well now. but pray that I won't have anymore surgeries anytime soon or ever. I do have good news. My sister's father-n-law, Bill got saved a few days ago. He was admitted back into the hospital last week. He has alot of fluid around his heart. His kidney's has shut down, and on 100% oxygen. Even though his health isn't looking good, this is one soul Satan isn't getting, by the grace of God.

Thank you Emcee. I have not written since your profile is gone from CN...I have been here sporadically, have not posted too much. Been a buisy time as well as somewhat difficult. I do KNOW the Lord will see me through as He is faithful. May He bless you mightily.
---Christina on 4/24/07

God is able, he hears our every cry. One of the reasons I love Him is because He moves on behalf of us all, with every breath we take. There is nothing that He does not see/know, as every circumstance was laid out in the moment of he decided we were to be.
He only asks that we whole heartedly give Him our issues. Knowing that as men, we are weak, and sometimes don't know how to release. His plan has always been to be faithful, and He is.
God bless you.

Hey everyone, I am having my EEG done tonight to see why I am having the dizzy spells. Thanks for praying.
---Madison1101 on 4/24/07

In the noreaster my car was stuck in flood water and I cannot get it fixed and still pay the electric etc. We live several miles from town, no public transportation, kidson vacation this week, use 2 gallons milk a day so shop daily...I know this is not as serious as some problems here, but I struggle with discouragment...
---christina on 4/20/07

Sister Madison, my prayers are still with you and your family. Keep the faith, and God will see you through it all. Even if your faith is at it lowest, God's truth is always the strongest. Christ loves you and so do many on this site. Will continue to check on you on this blog.

Thank you all for praying for my daughter. She was released from the hospital this afternoon (thursday). She is on medication to help her keep food down. The baby is fine. She is resting comfortably at home.

I will be having my EEG on Tuesday to see if I am having seizures. My dizziness is not as bad this week as it was last week. I have taken a leave of absence from one of my jobs. Hopefully getting some rest will help.
---Madison1101 on 4/19/07

Lynet, Thank you for reminding us that this is a prayer blog and we should all be attuned to each others needs. There is Power in prayers to God, in Jesus name. May God bless you and supply all your needs.

For all who are sick in their bodies, having tests, with financial burdens, and other personal issues, I'm praying for you and yours.
I am blessed because we have the freedom to ask for and recieve prayers from one another on this site.
There is a Name above all others that we can go to in prayer, He will hear our voices and deliver us according to the will of The Father ...,
That name is Jesus, and He is faithful.

Rebecca: You're in my prayers. That sounds painful! Madison: you too are in my prayers. I can just imagine how you must feel.I too am going to be a gramma in June and I'd feel very sad if I lived far away from my daughter and the baby. My son is having his baby in Sept and he might be moving to Florida (I live in MI) so I just might be feeling your pain. God Bless.

Please pray for me. I haven't had much work so far this year and it seems my wife's money doesn't go far enough. I had a heart attack six years ago and I cannot do what I used to. I don't even have gas money to go on estimates. We need some extra money. Our son's school clothes are wearing out and my wife can hardly sow them up anymore. Thanks.

Just had to tell everyone, when I got up this morning I checked my caller I D and Jim's phone number came up, and of course my carnal man (still some in there) thought the worse. I called Jim's house expecting to hear his wife voice, it was Jim and he was praising God and rejoicing, and quoting scripture! He said that he is definately feeling better. the prayers are working, so please keep it up. surely God is in this. I thank our God, He is not only great, He is good! Bless you all for your efforts.

I went to my DR. appointment and I had a CT Scan done, and it showed a huge kidney stone. To get a better picture of it, I had a regular x-ray done. And it didn't show anything???So next Wednesday my doc, wants to run a scope up through my kidney and look around. He said with me having one kidney, he don't want to wait around. then he will put in a stint and leave it in for 2 weeks. And I can pull it out myself. OH boy oh boy, can't wait for that.

Please Pray for the double-minded:

We know its Gods will, power and purpose to conform to His image. When someone gives testimony that God actually is working in their life, say for instance Alcohol, and gives testimony to that work, people will make jokes about that person. No they say AA (man) is the answer. James said a double minded man will receive NOTHING from the Lord. Yet they think they have it ALL! Reformed Theology! Pray for them!

I just got home from my neurologist appointment. He confirmed that I have an Arachnoid cyst in my right temporal lobe. He is ordering an EEG to find out what is causing the dizziness. He says that the cyst is nothing to be concerned with. I hope he is right, as I have heard of people who need surgery to have them drained.

John, I have been praying faithfully for God to give Jim a miracle. God gave me a lot of faith. I have seen miracles happen after I prayed, and if God healed Jim of cancer twice, that gives me even more hope. I believe God has more work for Jim to do. God bless you John.

Please pray for Pamela. She's married with 2 young children, and she is always sick or depressed. The doctor gives her pain meds alot. There is nothing really seriously wrong with her. When her others 3 sisters get sick, we pray and they are healed, but with Pam, it's a different story. I suspect she has a spirit of unforgiveness towards her parents. This would explain the depression. I don't want Pam to be destroyed.
---Julie on 4/13/07

Believe it or not Jim had a better day yesterday, and without meds. Something good is happening, so please don't stop praying. God hears you. Thank you for all your prayers. Keep it up. There are a lot of people praying. I even went to CBN. God bless.

John: It is a privilege to pray for Jim. God knows when it is a person's time to come home to Him, and I will pray that whatever His will, all who love and care for Jim will be at peace, and know that God loves Jim more than any human can comprehend. God bless.
---Madison1101 on 4/12/07

**Please** pray for Jim. He is dying unless God intervenes. His lungs are shutting down. Dr. put him on steroids to keep his lungs open to he can breath. God already healed Jim of trerminal cancer TWICE. Jim has always been there for everyone in his life. I don't know of anyone like him. Ephesians 5:

4Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

2. an utterance (as a jeer or quip) intended to be taken as mockery or humor.

Would Jim be someone here, I'm not sure which Jim, so we all know how to pray. Thanks.
---Rachel on 4/12/07

Sorry I made a typo. The Dr. said Jim's LUNGS are shutting down. It looks like he could go at any time, but the Word says, with God nothing is impossible. Jim always went above and beyond for others in his life. A true example of Christ. Now he needs others and almost all of those people that he helped are not there for him. That's the way life is, a lot of times. If anyone needs mercy it's Jim, because he always gave it to others.

MPA: Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. My granddaughter is due on June 11th. My daughter was home for a baby shower last week, and we had such fun shopping for the baby.

I should get my MRI results in a day or two. I then will get the name of a neuro doctor to go to.
---Madison1101 on 4/12/07

Madison I pray that you will get results from the next scan that will ease your mind and that a suitable treatment will be available to you. It is a frightening time I know. Keep us informed please. Mary: JohnT is just joking with me. He knows I go to AA and participate in 12 step recovery, and I have gotten a lot of condemnation for it from others on Christianet. He is just playing here.
---Madison1101 on 4/11/07

John T; #1: As a recovering alcoholic, I don't understand how you can say those 12 step programs can be "demonic"?! They save a lot of lives--and the one I go to is Celebrate Recovery, a Christian one which is best.

Hi again John T; this is #2: you were saying Madison should have used something spiritual to change her tire? Like what? Sure, an angel could have come from Heaven to do it personally, but she was blessed as it was. :)
---Mary on 4/11/07

JohnT: Actually, AA is a 12 step program. AAA is an 18 step program. We sit around a car and tell horror stories about our sinful addiction to driving. We then pray for our cars and encourage each other not to drive as much. If the Lord had wanted us to drive automobiles, cars would have been mentioned in the Bible. :p
---Madison1101 on 4/11/07

Madison1101: You have to be careful of them 12 step programs like AAA. They sometimes can be demonic.

Also, you should have used something spiritual to change your tire. That way, you are not merely relying on man and his secular ways.

Frankly, due to your low spirituality level, I sometimes wonder if you are really a Christian! :-P
---John_T on 4/11/07

One time my wife and I and our kids (5 of them) were staying at a motel. My wife and I and our small son were in one room and the 4 girls were in another. One night we heard screams from the girls room, so we rushed in. There was definately a demonic spirit there. (experience). I got the Bible and started quoting scripture with authority, against it. It left in the name of Jesus. Afterwards, my wife told me she saw fire coming from my mouth as I quoted these scriptures. God's Word is living. Glory to Him.

Madison, yes, praise God! He really is good, isn't He? Reminds me of when I had a car full of kids and got a flat tire, years ago, no cell then, and it happened directly in front of a tire store...I praised God for that then
---christina on 4/11/07

Praise the Lord for His protection. I had a flat tire while driving on the interstate tonight. I was in the left lane, and had to cross over to the shoulder on the right. I was able to get off safely and call AAA and get my tire changed. Praise the Lord for His protection and for cell phones. Being single, I am so grateful for AAA as well.
---Madison1101 on 4/10/07

Hang in there Madison. Were praying and God surely did not forget you. Go see your doctor. Please do this also. Come against the enemy with scripture, and speak it out loud, (Resist the devil and he will flee). Speak it forth and also tell that devil to leave. God promises that His Word will never return to Him void. It is a living Word and it will have no end. Take authority with the weapons God gave you. May the Lord equip you with boldness! God bless, and we love you. John

You are human. God wants to experience every area of life. I love it when you share.
