When your neighbor cooks like mine does, you gain weight everytime she invites you over! :D Tonight was a barbeque party--and I kissed my diet goodnight! Gonna play with my mom's dog tomorrow, so that'll burn off some of it lol :D

Don't think of what you're doing as a DIEt!
Consider it a change in lifestyle, start eating healthy foods, lots of grains, fruits and veggies. Decide that this is for your health and keep it up even after you loose weight. Crash diets won't work, you'll just put the weight back on. Eat healthy for life!

Don't skip breakfast. becasuse it gives you energy until lunch time. If you skip breakfast, by the time it is lunch time, your so hungry you pig out. Watch your calarie intake, bread and pasta puts the weight on. Slim quick seems to work on some people. Or the South Beach diet, as seen on tv.

We should be understanding to each other's problems. Whenever I see an overweight person at Wal Mart, I don't judge them anymore, I pray for them, now. Man, that makes me feel wonderful! Why, because of the obvious, but I realize that, "Hey, that's a real person, a soul, a creation made in God's image, just like me. God turned around something, and made it good.

I just got back from the Doctors office. I am starting a diet today. I am not lard free. I'm 319 and about 6' tall.

I have tried in the past and not only failed, I gained even more, the more I have tried.
I'm going to give it my best shot this time, but I need prayer. I know it's easy for some to do this, but It's easy for me to do certain things that others can't as easily. The point is, we all are the same. Just in different ways. Please pray for me on this one. God bless.
