I'll try to find them, Mary.
You have a good evening.

Hi Bob, sorry--I responded a few days ago but it wasn't posted. Anyway, I write mostly for The Christian Journal, usually articles about encouragement related to addiction or anxiety issues, and I write a lot of poems. My minister is the editor of The Christian Journal and he is a great blessing and encouragement to all his writers. :)

What articles would those be, Mary?
---Bob on 8/25/07

Now I feel bad. :( My gift isn't evangelism, but encouragement, and I confess I am far better at ministering to fellow believers than I am with unbelievers. Also, I think God uses me most when I'm writing, and I pray someone somewhere has been saved or at least blessed by at least one of the articles I've had published--I pray.

Who really ate Gilbert's grapes? Jerry?

I do have a fruitful spirit. I do what God shows me & asks of me, so anything I do I give thanks to him.

Mima - do you liken this to the parable - Mat 5:15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.

take the message to the world or let your inner light show forth His glory?

You have my Blessing Catherine, May Christ be with you. I pray that you will not be lacking in any good thing so that you can continue to shine for Christ.

Also, stay sold out for Christ!!!

CattleProd was on here a couple of days ago.
She said she was getting ready to preach.
You know catherine, I think you're getting ready to preach, too. And those Bible helpers will come in handy. As I look back at your page, some of those answers sound very, very familiar.

Hi mima, the scripture you quoted in proverbs 11:30 has a promise attached to it in the book of Daniel chapter 12:3, And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever. What an awesome promise from God! Amen? I am all for missions and I believe that we should all have compassion for the lost. I believe that my soulwinning ministry is to be the light of Christ to my own family. Many in my family are lost.

I missed it this time, Sorry Andrea

I am going to have ignore that weird person this time, if you know what I mean.

Stay humorous and God Bless!!

Marcia Andrea, you are talking about CattleProd's fruit, the "gift". "Prophet".
I do remember well when Kathr promised the great name reveal, "I will reveal myself".
Well, it only took about a year, but you have revealed yourself, you sure have.
---LimeintheCoconut on 8/24/07

Marcia - as many times as we're on the same blogs I would have thought you'd gotten my humor.
just that as soon as I start to share my 'fruit' it starts to sound like boasting.

I try not to keep count of all the people I've helped bring to the Lord - I consider it a gift - that He lets me be a part of His work.

God wants me to move on to other things. I will now and then visit. I have enjoyed the blogs. God has had to drag me away from them. I realize that I won't be well liked. That's okey. I aim to please the one, true, living, breathing, talking, God. For it is wtitten, "It is impossible to please God and man". Good day all.++++>>>>Prophetess

It doesn't get ugly to me, it only gets ugly to those who are pessimistic about it.

I praise God for the oportuanity to watch a seed that was planted what seems like so long ago finally blossom after severe trials and tribulations.

I think Mirma's intentions was to help us as Christian to stop focusing so much on ourselves and for a minute and focus on the growth of somebody else for a change.

Why Mima are you a fruit inspecter?

Lots of fruit - but it gets all ugly if you talk about it.
---Andrea on 8/24/07

If winning souls is fruit then the tools to win that fruit must be: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control, or, are these the fruit of the spirit?
---Ryan_Z on 8/24/07

Yes!! I can only say those within my family because I am with them everyday and I get to witness their growth.
