Question- will the media in America print and tell if the Roberts' family is vindicated? Will the accusers admit publicly that the Roberts' have done no wrong? Suppose they are not false prophets and you're touching God's anointed? Look out planet earth...

God's judgment? Maybe but when a community of believers becomes institutionalized as ORU became, it will sooner or later falls as its leaders start to feed off the donations from its supporters. Seldom in these kinds of institutions is there any checks & balances, what you often have is the foxes guarding the hen houses.

I agree with you and both of your posts!

Some will also have to answer for making judgement before any evidence has been supplied. Making judgements without evidence is far worse than not making judgements until all the evidence is supplied.

Some of you will probably follow the Antichrist as you seem to think we are not to judge false prophets. This kind of thinking is what leads people straight to hell.

God will prosper a person not that they are to keep it but will use it for His honour and Glory, and to help give that money to others in need. God will question how they used the money He gave to them on judgement day. But this remains between them and God, certainly God never intended you to be Judge. And you are not to gossip about a fellow Christian, for I believe that you too have your faults, all our righteousness are as filthy rags. And all gossipers will take their part in Hell.

We have no right to judge, since we do not know the whole story. These are allegations and have not yet been proven. The Board of Regents have called for an independent audit.

About 40 years ago my Dad, a minister, was back-stabbed by someone he had helped. There were a whole list of accusations against him. He was investigated by the state bureau of investigation and EVERY ONE of the accusations were proven false. We went through much pain, even though innocent.

Yes, God will have HIS way. The problems that are now coming out have been going on since I was a little girl in Oklahoma. I'm now in my late 50's. When will Christians wise up and stop listening to all this prosperity nonsense? The only people getting rich are the preachers that are preaching it.

ORU==Oral Roberts University. Notice the name! Not Jesus Christ University!
---Susie on 10/10/07

You need to specify what ORU is. I could be Oral Roberts University or Octopus Riding Unicycle.

I saw through this question right away too. I'm no fan of the Roberts but I'm not their judge either. I pray God has His way with the University and the ministry

I see you have already made your judgement and you don't know any facts but are basing your judgement on gossip. Would you like to be judged by the same judgement you give out?
If they are guilty then they will have to pay up and if not then it is you.

Sorry, I don't have a clue as to what you are referring too.
