Keep our lanterns trimmed. The Bridegroom will be coming at an hour we do not expect. Like a thief in the night. We should be devoted to public reading of the Scriptures. We should be able to recite passages of Scripture to people when and where necessary. Devote yourself to the Scriptures but be aware of what is going on in the world. Once you know what is up, you can return to the learning of the Word with more motivation.

Rejoice not at the destruction of those that oppose you, nor allow your mouth to sin by wishing a curse upon their soul. Rejoice not if he falls, nor be glad when he stumbles. If your enemy is hungry, feed him. Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, pray for them that despitefully use and persecute you. For if you love only those that love you, what reward do you have. Be perfectly kind and merciful to all men, just like your Father.

Praise God!
The Earth, Labors AS a woman ABOUT to give Birth and the more frequent the pains become, The closer she is to giving Birth!
Glory be to God, All is as he said it would be.

Last night I listened to a seizmologist say
the earthquake in Reno was scary. Certain
areas earthquakes can be expected, but now
they are going on in places they should not.
God's judgement has come upon America. We
should stop worshiping material things,
repent of wrong doing, love each other
and give God glory. For great is the God
who Judges us!

See to it that no one misleads you. Do not be afraid of wars and rumors of wars. Do not worry about what to say when you are hauled in front of judges because of your service to me, I will give you the words but they won't really be your words they will be my words because all men will hate you because of me. Jesus said it.>>>Truly I say to YOU, all these things will come upon this generation. Jesus said they would and guess what. God does not lie.

Jesus said "If you love me, you'll obey me." He also told us to love our enemies, forgive those who sin against us, turn the other cheek, and he told the rich young ruler who wanted to follow him, go and sell all that you have but he couldn't do it. The most important thing we can do as Christians right now is pray, and worship in Spirit and Truth and obey God's word.

We are to occupy the time because the days are evil. As obvious as the end time prophecies appear, is the obvious answer to your question. We are jolted regularly through worldly occurances re His imminent return which humbles us into a desire to serve and to wash our robes. It is my experience that He has provided broader opportunities for service as THE DAY draws nearer.:)

If I had 2 minutes to tell a Christian how to survive a fall from a 777 without a parachute - I'd say, place all of your faith in the faith that Jesus Christ has for you, right now!
Jesus will reach down and take you right into His loving arms before you ever hit the ground. Jump into His arms with your faith. He is the Only Mediator, our Only parachute that never fails, Life Preserver that will keep you from drowning, or being tossed to and fro in the wind of a tornado. Jump into His faith, now.

Jesus said that the just shall live by faith. Faith in Jesus Christ, 100% completely.
Laws of conduct or trying to live by OT law will not carry you through the end days.

No, only faith, complete trust in Jesus Christ will pull the Christian through these last days.

The Christian must be able to hear God's Holy Spirit, not turning to the left or right.
Not boasting in what man can do for you or listening to falsehoods. Staying away from the deceitful where there is no faithfulness but destruction. The bible says the greedy wicked boast of their heart's desire but God is in none of their thoughts.

God's word says that only those who put all of their trust in the Lord will survive.
The Lord tests the righteous, but upon the wicked He will rain coals, fire, and a burning wind. God says He'll cut off the proud and doublehearted, but the Lord will preserve those who keep the words of the Lord, His pure words in their hearts.

The Lord is righteous. He loves righteousness and we are made the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.

Our faith in the righteousness of Christ Jesus is the only way we'll be preserved.
Our faith in the never ending faith that Jesus Christ has is what will move us to believe that through Jesus, we can see mountains moved and our families preserved from destruction.
We must latch onto the faith that Jesus has to believe that through Him, His faith reaches back to us.
