Psa 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Mic 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good, and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Pierre, I agree with some here, but here is the reason, all man fail. Every single one. But God never fails. If you listen to what man say, Like, 'Going to Church and studying the Bible is a worldly thing they say", I suppose a person who is saved should seat on a chair and spiritualize all things around him. Not move, because if he does anything other then seating there, it is worldly. Those are the answers one gets from man. Who can trust them? No wonder they do not study Scripture. They have all the answers in their mind, they don't need the Word of God to teach them.

Even the Bible says "woe to the man who trust in Man".... Truly, today my opinion you have to just be humble and no matter, what the problem you best go before the Lord and open up only to Him,he already know anyhow! You really cannot trust no one! Trust God alone!

People have not change since the beginning of time. But there is one thing that has taken over our lives - the lack of self-control. today's people have filled up every minute of every day with entertainment, ipods, TV, radio, computers, work, school, shopping, friends, family, church, bible study, etc. All these things have taken control of man. These things have bonded man to the material things in life instead of the spiritual things. Because of this even christians spend more time with worldly things than with walking with God.

i think since all things are constantly changing-the only one whom you can trust and rely on is God and His words. He is constant and he doesn't change.
people may fail you at one point

Realizing I can trust no one not even myself I find it easier to pray for guidance and easier to accept what happens to me as being from God. Trust falls in the area of being able to think the Lord for every situation as it exists right now.

Hi, Pierre (c: Well, can I trust my own self??? I have been discovering how I can fool my own self into trusting the wrong people. So, if I made assumptions and did not make sure with God, who is my real problem, then?

God is able and willing to guide us "continually" (Isaiah 58:11) so we are not trusting the wrong people and not trusting our own wrong and stinking thinking (c:

And Jesus is trusting us to love each and every person.

(c: God bless you!

You can fully trust the Bible, the Word of God, because it is the TRUTH.
Jesus quoted Scripture when meeting the temptations of Satan and he also stated that the Bible is truth John 17:17.
Finally Jesus often quoted Scripture as authority for the truth He was teaching.

I have found you can trust everyone.
Everyone is going to lie to you equally!
But the person who will lie to you the most!
Is the one you trust the most.

Yes I know, I've heard many say I trust in God.
I like that, you'll trust God!

Mat 26:35 Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee.
Likewise also said all the disciples!

Luk 22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Wow, what a blow.
Everyone's so sure, they're not denying him.
I wonder how good my eyes are.

You can trust people who have earned your trust.

Morally, God never changes. He's the one everyone can always trust. The only thing He cannot- will not do is lie. Get close to Him. Make your relationship with Him real & sincere. That's the most important thing in this world. & the only thing you can depend on to always be trustworthy. People make mistakes. Look to God for trust.

The ONLY thing you can trust is the Bible - it is 100% right (TRUE) 100% of the time. The ONLY one you can trust is God (Father, Son (Jesus), Holy Spirit) - He ONLY goes in line with the Bible which He wrote.
