And now you're the little toe saying to the rest of the body, "I have no need of you."

Glory to Jesus Christ!

Some of the youth in my church got in trouble for staying out to late nothing major but parents decided to ground the kids. So they started looking at what the kid like the most not video games, facebook, TV, etc. The only thing they could think of was church. Another story, a six year old was staying with his grandparents. When he learned that he was not going to his usual church he sayed, "I want to go to my 'beeb' church" This is a kid who is excited about church how awesome is that. He used a cuss word but did not curse.

During worship one Sunday, (a number of years ago), I was holding my baby grandson. At one point, The presence of the HS was quite noticeable, and as many spontaneously lifted their arms/hands in praise, so did my grandson, both arms/hands open wide, not clenched as babies sometime do. He remained like that through the rest of worship, then dropped his arms. Matt 21:16 " Yes, replied Jesus, have you never read,From the lips of children and infants
you, Lord, have called forth your praise?"

After the dedication of his baby brother in church,
Jason sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car.
His father asked him three times what was wrong.
Finally, the boy replied,
"The preacher said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home, and I wanted to stay with you guys."

Protestant....Similar thing happened to us. Only we were driving down the highway and noticed a Bible laying wide open on the side of the road. It had been on the car several miles before it fell off. We were able to find the owner and make a new friend.

Years ago, a Saintly lady was driving away from the Church's parking lot.

One problem though, she accidentally left her Bible on top of the car (poor elder). So, in spite of my knee injury, I sprinted as fast as I could (faster than the car in order to catch up)!

"Here's your Bible, Ma'am."

I was teaching kids' Sunday School, and I also sang with the Worship Team at a small church.

One Sunday a kid asked if we could stay after to talk about Jesus.

We talked for a while, and someone opened the door and then closed it again.

When we went to the sanctuary, I was trying to quietly find a seat, but the pastor stopped the service and said

"James, we held off starting for a few minutes because we couldn't find you. Then someone went and looked in your classroom, and said you were downstairs with that boy and he was getting saved. So we figured that God had something better for you to do this morning than singing."

One of the most memorable moments of my Chrstian life.

Little girl at church got in trouble at home. She started to pout, but instead went to her little rocking chair, opened her little Bible and said, "That's ok. I got my Jesus."

I had been going to this small church in my area for 3 years and one Sunday I walked in with a Red Winter Coat on and a Big White Hat. Here up North we don't usually wear hats except if it's snowing outside.

At the end of the service, the Pastor (who knew me intimately) said "I like your hat Sister Donna."

I smiled and said,"really? you do?" He said "Yes, it looks beautiful on you."

Then all the women in the church began to wear hats and it was alot of fun to see them come walking into church with hats on!!!! I thought it was a cute story, so I shared it.

In Peterhead scotland there's a pentecostal church who has a memorial plaque that says
IN sweet memory of ... beloved father, and deacon of this church who passed away during Holy Supper... i always found it both creepy and cool. :-))
