Hi Darlene, how are you feeling today? Hope you're getting some rest, God bless, hugs, Mary
---Mary on 8/2/12

Darlene, been praying for you. Please let us know how you make out. I have had individual teeth pulled with just nitrous oxide and novacaine. After 20 minutes of nitrous oxide, I don't care what the dentist does. He does tell me to raise my right hand if I experience any pain. I've had root canals done by him, and it has happened so he'll give me another shot of novacaine and gives it a few minutes and then everything is fine.
---Trish on 8/1/12

Hi All I hope everyone is doing good. I finally see the Oral Surgeon late this afternoon at which time the date to have all 16 teeth pulled at once will be set,but I am going to be put to sleep. Going to a dentist, even for a filling, is a big trauma for me so I not looking forward to this. I know once its done and I am out of pain from all the bad teeth I'll feel a lot better. God Bless Darlene

Trish thank you,yes praise the Lord. The baby is Jaclynn Leanne she is 18 1/4 inches long and 7 lbs. Fair complexion and hair looked blonde at first now seems darker unless light shines on it then you see the blonde. I don't have any way to send a picture or I would. The whole family is on my Facebook site,I don't know if you can see it or not. I'm going to try to take Mom to see her next week, five generations, pretty wonderful.
---Darlene_1 on 7/19/12

Congratulations and praise the Lord. Please let us know all the details, name, birth weight and length, hair, if any. I know when Franklin was born in May, my son-in-law called me on his sis-in-law's iPad so I could see my grandson move in her arms, on my iPhone, the day he was born.
---Trish on 7/17/12

My Granddaughter has been in labor nearly all night, she went to the hospital at 11 last night. We will be having a new baby girl to love very soon, please pray for them that the rest of the delivery goes well.
---Darlene_1 on 7/17/12

Our new Great Granddaughter arrived safe and sound at 8:10 AM. All is well, praise the Lord.
---Darlene_1 on 7/17/12

Darlene, thank you for your encouragement. I am confident that God's will is to be done, regardless of the test results. My job is to be obedient and trust Him no matter what, and I am prepared to do that. Romans 8:28 says that all things work together for good. All means all. I either believe God's Word, and trust Him, or I am on my own whatever the outcome. I'd rather be with Him through any and all possibilities. He is faithful, and has shown me over and over again His tender loving mercies.
---Trish on 7/14/12

Darline, first, I thank God for your husband, not only because the report was good, but for answering your prayers. I also thank God that nothing was found in me. My prayers were answered also. To many others they are not. I could have been one of those. Yet in my heart, I knew that what God was going to do was going to be right and just, whether "we" ourselves see a good result or not. The wonderful thing about been a child of God is that we have access to God, thats why we can pray for the unbelievers. We have a Mediator who speaks on our behalf. Worshipping Him in Spirit and Truth.
---Mark_V. on 7/14/12

Trish I am praying for you a good outcome of the tests. God never fails us. I know that is why we can have peace which passes understanding. MarkV No one could ever convince some of us that the power of God's love for His people isn't still in operation in this day. Its wonderful to hear you too were touched by God in such a manner. We know God still performs miracles and healings through the answer to our prayers. I would hate to live in the regular world and never know the supernatural power of God.
---Darlene_1 on 7/13/12

Darlene, that is wonderful news. God is so awesome in the way He works things out. Praise the Lord indeed.

I am deeply anticipating my appointment with my surgeon to get the stitches out of three places on my arms, and to get the biopsy results. I am not anxious at all. I have God's perfect peace that whatever the news, it is His best plan for me. The Lord has taught me so much about His tender loving mercies.

God bless.

Darline, let me tell you that the same thing happened to me a couple of years after my wife died. I even saw the x-ray and there was a big dark lump in the bladder. I was so worried because I had just seen my wife died and I thought to myself it was now my turn.
They did a cope job which was very painful, and I could see on a tv screen as the cope travel inside of me and nothing was found. The nurse told me to thank God because what they saw on the x-ray looked like a big tumor. Praise God they found nothing. Just like your husband.
---Mark_V. on 7/11/12

A big praise the Lord !!! Thank you everyone who prayed for him. When they looked for the tumor in my husbands bladder there was none. There was a problem which they corrected but no cancer anywhere. Glory to God !! I have talked to my husband on the phone since I got home,he'll be there all night, and he sounds great. I told him God answered prayers and he said one more time,I answered yes,he said he takes pretty good care of us,I had to agree. Jed I think you would agree to that too. Even when we aren't prepared God always is. I am glad you got the generator though, but it sounds like me too, think about doing something and put it off, only to realize later it was God which placed that thought in my head. God Bless All
---Darlene_1 on 7/10/12

Darlene1, the storm on Friday came totally unexpected. There was no bad weather predicted until about 30 minutes before it hit my town. The funny thing is, I was going to buy a gasoline generator that day on my way home from work because I had a coupon for one that was on sale at the hardware store. But I didn't stop because I was running late from work and I thought 'I'll just get it tomorrow', of course not knowing the storm was coming. I went today and bought that generator when the store finally got more. I'll have one for next time.

Trish I am glad to hear you are on the mend, but any kind of rash can be troublesome. You are in my prayers. Mark thank you,you be blessed too. Jed I'm glad you made it OK those two days without any power. When we empty a 3 liter bottle of soda I wash it and fill it with fresh water just in case we ever have an emergency like that, and we have power generators my husband uses in his business, besides with God we "can make it". Please pray for my husband. He is 79 years old and must be put to sleep to have a growth removed from the bladder Tuesday. It is a small one but there is danger of starting to bleed afterward for two weeks. He can't travel for that long. Thanks,Blessings All

trish, it sounds as if you have an allergy to something in the bandages. many people are allergic to certain bandages.I pray all will be good for you and the rash will go away.
---shira4368 on 7/9/12

Hi Everybody,
I'd appreciate prayer for a rash that is developing near the bandages that are on my arms. Also, I've had low grade fever for a few days.

God bless.

"Chria, Mary, MarkV, Thank you all. I do give thanks to God for keeping my family safe and healthy."
---Jed on 7/5/12

You're welcome Jed. God blesses, and all praise is due Him.
---chria on 7/9/12

Thank you all so much for the prayers and love. My healing is going well. The ENT doc took the splint off my nose today, and told me what he found when he did my sinus surgery. My arms are sore, but not as bad as they were on Tuesday after surgery.

I am blessed so much in so many ways. I have a loving God, wonderful caring children, an awesome church family, and I could not ask for more.

Jed, I am so sorry to hear about the devastation Friday's storms took on your region. It is good to see that you were not hurt or injured in anyway.

Chria, Mary, MarkV, Thank you all. I do give thanks to God for keeping my family safe and healthy. We were one of the first to get power restored after only 2 days, but there are still so many without power. The gas stations and businesses have returned to normal and the citizens have calmed down for the most part. It seemed the first couple days had a massive panic effect on people.
---Jed on 7/5/12

Trish I hope today brings you healing and wellness completely. I'm still praying. Mark V thank you,you be blessed too. Please all,be in prayer for my husband he has surgery scheduled for July 10. He has a small growth in his bladder, the surgery itself isn't serious, about 15 minutes, but he can't travel for two weeks because he could start bleeding. Please pray the growth isn't cancerous and patience on his part. He is on the road a lot every day for business and personal reasons,he won't handle the restrictions very well. I'm still praying for all here especially you ones who are battling cancer. Pray for me I will be at the hospital for him but it hurts my back really bad and often throws me into a migraine. Blessings

Trish, glad to hear you are back home and doing better. You are been tested by fire so much. Stay strong,

Elena, nice to hear from you again, I missed not reading your beautiful answers and the faith you show each time you write.

Jed, also sorry to hear of so much devastation in your area. I suppose we as believers seat in a comfort zone and many times forget what others are going through. The heat has been bad this year for so many people. I always keep everyone on line in prayer. Even though sometimes it does not look like it, but God always takes care of His children. praise be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mary, Darline and others, continue to be blessed in Christ.
---Mark_V. on 7/5/12

I am sooo sorry Jed. We may not agree on everything but you have my condolences on the awful effects of that storm, praying things get better soon. Hugs, Mary

Elena, Ive missed seeing you here. Yes, we need to "be transformed by the renewing of (our) mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will."

Trish, praise God the surgery went well.

Jed, Glad to see you are able to post despite the difficulties from the storms, and you are ok. As youve mentioned, there are many concerns for so many people, much to keep in prayer.
---chria on 7/4/12

Millions of homes in my area have not had electricity or water since the terrible storm on Friday night. We had 2 tornados tuch down across the river and cause massive devastation. All of my utilities have finally been restored, but there is still panic in our town as gasoline supply is scarce. We have to wait in line for several hours to get gasoline, if at all. Most grocery stores are closed also. It is especially frightening for the elderly and sick as they have no air conditioning and temperatures are close to 100 all week.
---Jed on 7/4/12

Thank you for praying. I got home early this afternoon, and have been able to settle in. I sometimes have considerable post-op pain, but that is temporary and minimal. Now, I rest, and wait till July 16th to get my stitches out and learn the biopsy results.
---Trish on 7/3/12

Mary, thanks. I am having trouble settling down to go to bed tonight. Something happened that created a stir of emotions for me, and I can't wind down.

Please pray for my children. They all live away from here, and I hate not being able to see them regularly.
---Trish on 7/3/12

Hugs and prayers coming your way from Oregon Trish :)
---Mary on 7/2/12

Jed if that becomes law the outcome of that is very frightening to think about given what can happen to the children. I prayed so many times God help the children, help them one and all. This world has gone crazy on sin, doing insane things and trying to make them the social custom, all to the hurt of those who are helpless and many times hurting. It makes me heartsick to see what adults do to children. Thanks for sharing that,I am going to pray about it. God Bless

A bill has been proposed by a democrat in the California Senate to allow a child to have more than two parents. Crazy right? This was sparked by a recent case in which in which a woman, who is in a same-sex relationship, had an affair with a man and got empregnated by the man during the affair, while she was seperated from her famale lover. Both the father, the mother, and the mother's female lover want to claim custody rights over the child. This bill would allow anyone who played a "parenting role" in a child's life, like a step parent, or boy/girl friend, to claim full custody rights over a child who has no biological connection to them. This is what happens when you try to redefine the family.

"July [Julius] Johnson: The sheriff of the town of Fort Smith, Arkansas. July is a kind, long-suffering young man, recently married to a woman he knows little about & who is utterly disdainful of his attention. After his brother, Ben, is accidentally killed by Jake Spoon, July's domineering sister-in-law, Peach, bullies him into setting out in pursuit. July is accompanied by his young stepson, Joe & his incompetent deputy, Roscoe. (In the 1968 film Bandolero!, the sheriff, played by George Kennedy, is named July Johnson & his deputy, played by Andrew Prine, is named Roscoe.)" trish, you are being tried in the fire aren't you? I had a lump in my left breast and dr scheduled surgery to remove it. So I went in the hospital for surgery with iv and the whole works but guess what? I was in surgery and the dr couldn't find the lump. He ask me if I wanted to go home and I told him I sure did. I am thankful for a healing God. I don't deserve any good thing but God has given me many good things. You will be on my prayer list. God bless

I'm asking for prayer for my next surgery on Tuesday, the 3rd. I'm having a suspicious mole and some tumors removed from my arms. They will be biopsied. I am still wearing a splint on my nose from Monday's surgery. Thanks, Trish
