Heretic francis, nothing you say changes anything. Since you have been here you have promoted the written law. And accuse others of been law breakers because you worship on Saturdays Sabbath while other worship on Sundays and any day of the week. You want to be restricted to Saturdays, that is your right, but don't put your rights on others who are born of God. Again if you show partiality you are a sinner and a transgressor of the very law you preach, for if you stumble in one, and you have with your partiality, you have broken all the laws. That is the Word of God.
All the passages you give do not support you but condemn you.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Yet another reason your son has rejected you: Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. Romans 8:7
Does not say law of Jesus, says law of God
You son sees through you. he sees nothing of any spiritual value that he should follow after

H. francis, James 2:12 is speaking of people like you who are under the law. If you had read the verses before (v.12) you would know. "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
"For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point he is guilty of all." (James 2:9,10) rules for those without Christ who promote the written law.
Those under grace, Jesus Christ keeps the laws perfect for those who have faith in Jesus Christ works. You don't, the reason you promote the law.

heretic francis, God will judge my son righteously, the way He pleases. And he will judge you righteously also for your heretical views of Jesus.

Shira, you said that the others did not want to go in, and the reason they died. But what about the millions of children and babies? What about their rights? Why did God not just punish the adults? God saved who He wanted to save. He turns the hearts of the other nations while they sleeped. Why not turn the hearts of those before the flood? he could if He wanted to for we read In Malachi 4:6 speaking about the coming of the great dreadful day of the Lord,
"And He will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse" because that is what He did with the Flood. Striked the earth with a curse.

all the rest chose not to go. noah preached and no one would listen much like today.
Nowhere does the Bible say that Noah preached or was he told too!
God chose to destroy man and save Noah! (NO CHOICE GIVEN!)
Gen_6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth,
Gen_6:8 But (Noah found grace) in the eyes of the LORD. (HAND PICKED!)
Gen_6:13 And God said unto Noah, (The end of all flesh is come before me,) (NO CHOICE GIVEN!)
Gen_6:18 (But with thee will I establish my covenant,) and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.
Are we clear!

What is more rediculous is when some SDA cult member says about protestants,
" Many protestant believe that at the moment of death you go to heaven, and can see those who are still on earth, but ask them about Mary, and they all say Mary is dead."
I know of no protestant who believes that once in heaven they can see those still on earth. All those dead in the ground including Mary, in spirit they are either in heaven with the Lord and not answering prayers, or in hell waiting for the sentencing. Those are stupid remarks made by cult members to criticize the protestants really because they believe in the wrong jesus.

seg,the only ones who were saved in the ark are the ones who chose to go inside the ark. all the rest chose not to go. noah preached and no one would listen much like today. when noah and his family got on the ark, God closed the door. God is going to close the door again because many make fun of christians and no one will listen. same is pharoh. pharoh hardened his heart over and over and at the end God hardened his heart.

the ark is a picture of salvation and salvation is describe all over the bible.
Then picture this only eight people were saved and those eight were hand picked by God.
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, BUT OF GOD

nikki, the art is a picture of salvation. noah preached to warn everyone just like today but his warning was not heard by deaf ears much like it is today. the ark had pitch over the outside and God closed the door. even pharoh hardened his own heart over and over and over but then God hardened his heart.

Better yet, when they claim God forbids us humans to make graven images from the heaven, ground, under the ground or water, but gives strict details on how make a image of a snake, what material to use, how to mount the snake on a pole.
Then make everyone look at this image if they wnat to be healed.
If they REFUSE to look at the snake because of the 1 or 2 Commandment given to them it will be their right, but DEAD RIGHT!
Don't get me started on the Ark having the power to kill a person just because it was touched.
How can this be? It's images of the heavens

This explains my understanding of the RCC teaching and
practices, and although many protestants have the very same beliefs, they do not practice what they believe
Example: Many protestant believe that at the moment of death you go to heaven, and can see those who are still on earth, but ask them about Mary, and they all say Mary is dead. As if Mary would be the only Christian who did not go to heaven at death. RIDICULOUS!!!

Before I became a SDA I was a Roman Catholic. I did not consider myself a non-christian at that time because I was following what I was taught.
Once I started to read the bible, and could see a clear difference.
It was then up to me to decide to ignore what was in the bible, or follow God
I also thought about all the other protestant churches, but truth be told, they are confused in their beliefs
I do not regret my youth as a Roman catholic, the times of this ignorance God winked at, but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Acts 17:30

Then I became a class angel type, copy-catting what I considered to be Roman Catholic, doing everything myself by my own working, never depending on God . . ---willie_c: on 7/16/13
I don't you want religion you are speaking about it isn't The Roman Catholic
There isn't one and I mean ONE work any Catholic can do for themselves.
You just think that.
You even have the CCC and you still can't give any proof of that mistruth you gave.
Speak about what you know, not what you think you know.
I been Catholic since I was one years old.
I depended and still depend on God for EVERYTHING AND MORE!

For a while, I was into pretty much every sort of evil, while a kid and junior high student. Then I became a class angel type, copy-catting what I considered to be Roman Catholic, doing everything myself by my own working, never depending on God . . . not in "the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God." (in 1 Peter 3:4) Then I asked Jesus to save me and I fell after just doing a lot of criticizing.
What has helped is doing kind of what "the thief on the cross" did, simply offering myself to Jesus for whatsoever He pleases to do with me. And now my examples have, I would say, been helping me get a clue how to love (c:

"But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, BUT OF GOD." John 1:12,13
"That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." John 3:6-8

Having been brought up from birth as an Anglican I never thought that I could be anything other than a Christian. An evangelical meeting changed all that when I was saved. I never understood the word Saved before, never understood what Jesus had done for me or why. I thank God for Him steering me into that church that evening (51 years ago) when I was almost 19 years old.

"Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

That is exactly who I was. One lost in the wilderness of finite life.
What happen to change that? Father choose to opened my mind to believe, then granted me repentance. With that repentance, came reformation. For "now in Christ Jesus [I] who was once far off, has been brought near by the [atoning sacrifice] of [The] Christ." Jhn 15:16>Jhn 6:29>2Ti 2:25>Eph 2:13
