Kim Jong Un, the current leader of North Korea, is guilty of the imprisonment and torture of Christians and their entire families.

As Christians we have a choice. We can remain silent, say an occasional prayer, or stand up against such atrocities.

The Voice of the Martyrs invites you to take part in a new ministry campaign. Sign a letter to Kim Jong Un, and let him know that we are committed to standing with our Christian brothers and sisters who are suffering in North Koreas notorious Concentration camps.

Yes,Shira4368 agree with you.I read yesterday all those release are going back with the same group of terrorism.
Why wouldn't they? They are not Christians and the time they spent building hate in their hearts.
I respect Cnt.I won't be able make any more comments, but you know we on one accord here. I think about that man many times, his daughter like mine married that man never seen again unless some miracle.

Saeed Abedini, American Pastor and Citizen has been imprisoned in Iran since the end of 2012. Recently he was sent to a hospital as the result of being beaten. But then taken out of the hospital and returned to Prison.

How many of you have heard of this or signed petitions to try to get him freed?

Since Bowe Berghdal has not made war against the US, which is how treason is defined in the Constitution, calling him a traitor is not accurate.

There seem to be a lot of rumors and factoids coming out about him lately. May I suggest that we be silent on this subject until the full story is determined, and he is subjected to the UCMJ, if there is evidence to do so?

NONE of us here knows anything about this except what the media says, and they change and sensationalize their stories constantly.

As the Bible says, judge nothing before the time.

Happy Pentecost!

This made the regular news here in the U.K.

The U.K. organization 'Christian Voice' has been very vocal about this and has organized much publicity for Meriam.

It is difficult to believe that there is such evil in the world.

Samuelbb7, I have also heard Meriam Ibrahim's story. I am so inspired by her faith...what a beautiful example she is to all of us. We all need to be ready to die for the One who died for us. She has chosen the better part. God's will, will be done in her life.

Thank Elena: Persecution comes in many forms and is, sometimes, very subtle. Christians here know that, in many cases, they will not be offered jobs if, at interview, they say that they are Christians. Many are not allowed to wear Christian symbols (whilst people of other religions are allowed theirs) and some are warned that they must not discuss their faith in work or schools. I know that this is nothing compared with Christians being tortured in other lands but could be the start of worse things to come and Christians need to make a stand now because they will not be able to do so if such things become worse later. We all need to pray for each other - that our faith will remain strong regardless of the situation we are in.

I pray for those who are in danger by asking for GOD to send His angels to help them and speaking to others about what is happening in India and the Middle East.

How many here have heard of Meriam Ibrahim. She is in prison for being a Christian.

Her Muslim Father abandoned her Christian Mother. So she was raised and has lived as a Christian.

But a relative of her Father accused her of leaving Islam which is punished by death in Sudan. She was given a choice of renounce Jesus or die. She refused to renounce Jesus and is awaiting being beaten by a rod 100 times and then hung.

She has been in prison with her two year old and just gave birth to another child.

You can pray and find petitions to free her.

I would pray that God would give them the strength to bear their persecution, and that they would embrace what Jesus taught in Matthew 5:10-12.
