Cluny I understand how that is because I went to a Kidney Specialist in the last few months because my Family doctor thought my kidneys might me a problem due to severe swelling in my feet and legs and salt being low. I too prayed and God took care of the problem my kidneys are completely normal. I will pray with you that you will be healed and that doctor will see the power of faith in the true and living God and turn from his pagan God. All the best health and in your Ministry. God Bless

I saw my nephrologist yesterday. My kidney function is 47%. All the other numbers are normal.

I'm praying that my KF will reach 60%--not for myself, because 47% keeps me off dialysis indefinitely--but to show my nephrologist, a Hindu, the power of God.

Glory to Jesus Christ1

Hi all! :) My praise report is that my sister in law is alive and slowly healing after a VERY BAD bike accident! She suffered bleeding in the brain, a fractured skull and an eye the size of a golf ball! I think her eye is still swollen but she can see out of it and she was moved out of ICU yesterday to a regular room! She's alive, praise the Lord! :)

Micha it is wonderful you have such a loving heart and want to help others, especially children always need someone to love them. I am dealing with having to make arrangements to keep my Mama in a Nursing Home now. It is breaking my heart,I'm an only child and disabled myself so I can't care for her and she is the best Mama in the world to me I'm 75 shes 96. She fell in March and broke her collar bone and has been in rehab but two people from there have told me with the dementia she has she needs to stay in a Nursing home. I am going to try to get her in one 15 minutes from me but only 2 miles or less from her brother and my daughter who is raising three of her Grandchildren and she will take them to see Mom often. God Bless

I agree Elena,
When her and I were married, we became one. And, even though we left are parents and cleave to each other, there is still much honoring to do. Her parents became mine and vice versa.
Ruth is a good account of honoring a mother-in-law.
There seems to be, more and more, lack of respect for and responsibility to the elderly.
Many people use retirement homes for their own selfish agenda.
Thank God through His Son, He has given me understanding in this regard through His Word.

To Bro.Micha3944, That's a wonderfull thing you are doing, it's great to read a husband gets along so well, with both mother(s) & family! Great idea! Realistic actually.

God Is So Good.
---Lawrence on 7/10/14

Just closed on a home this past Monday. It is 1 floor and more bedrooms. The 2 reasons to get a different house were: closer to work-half as far now=more time with family, and My wife's and my mothers are both widowed, and though they can maintain living on their own right now, we know that, in this fallen world, that may not last, so this home fulfills the requirements if future responsibilities may present themselves. Also, our current home, though livable, isn't fit for an inspection to foster kids, which my wife and I have talked about. This home should be acceptable for the foster care system.
