I am sure that everyone here has already been "evangelized" many times.
---learner2 on 5/21/15

You are right in that "fitly" spoken observation. Everyone seen for sure.

If scriptures don't speak one upon another, there is nothing man can do to open them for even a starving searcher/reader.
Like parables of Christ.

But, when precept upon precept do speak, to the beholder it is like seeing Apples of Gold.
Pro_25:11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

You like Apples?

I think this website is great. Freedom of speech is AWESOME. One day it may be illegal to express your faith period. We do learn from one another. Yes we do get a little gritty now and again, but that shows passion people have for their faith. One may be horribly offended by a rebuke TODAY, and a year down the road Praise God for that rebuke. I believe at the end of the day, even those who are totally opposed still love and care deeply for all here online. I pray for all you guys by name every night. Some use this as a game, and it should not be so. People all over the world read these blogs. So Learner2, use this great opportunity to share Jesus Christ and His love to as many as you can, before it's too late.

I don't know what the job of this website is.
---learner2 on 5/18/15

Have had the same thoughts. Advertisers pay for a chance at a glance.
The real job can be yours. Pointing for sheep. It may be those that never post that look at what you point too. They may never hear a viewpoint like yours. Or they may have the same viewpoint as yours.
Is their point referenced by multiple scriptures? All Prophets and Christ? Then their point has witnessed credibility. Ancient Credibility.
For instance: Redeem
Gal_4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
Psa_130:8 he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

I don't know what the job of this website is. I don't even know if it has any real purpose other than to draw people in to view the advertising here.

The question of who is a false prophet is not something that can be solved on this website. We can give Karen advice on how to determine IF her husband is a false prophet (or if she is a false prophet), but beyond that, the rest falls on their local believers. It is NOT the job of this website to try to deal with this problem - or, in fact most problems between individuals. For now, I have to class this as 'between individuals' as no evidence has been provided that anyone is a false prophet.

Who are the true prophets and who are the false prophets on this site?
---learner2 on 5/15/15

Yes it would be a sin since you are marrying an unbeliever who is working for the devil.

Jde 1:4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

On Christ the Solid rock I stand.
---Samuelbb7 on 5/15/15

Whom are false prophets allowed to marry without it being a sin?
---learner2 on 5/14/15

(1) Does he worship the devil conspicuously?
(2) Is he a known member of an evil cult?
(3) Does he preach heresy?
(4) Did he have pastoral training?
---Adetunji on 12/9/14

Karen, who are you calling a false prophet: you or your husband?

If your husband, I'd be curious to hear his side of the story.

Glory to Jesus Christ!
---Cluny on 12/6/14

RSV: Mat 8:12 while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness, there men will weep and gnash their teeth.
RSV: Mat 13:38 the field is the world, and the good seed means the sons of the kingdom, the weeds are the sons of the evil one,
--The first verse refers to those proclaiming righteousness by lineage (sons of Abraham, sons of Jacob--v11). The latter refers to the sons of God by adoption.
Jhn 1:12 But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God,
cf: John 1:13 w/ Mat 13:37
A blanket statement about not being "sons of the kingdom" is arbitrary at best.
---micha9344 on 7/23/14

Uhh, Cluny, WE SHOULD be "SONS" of Abba Father because we don't want to be thrown into the outer darkness....need I explain?.

It makes no personal difference to me whether a person wants to accept REAL truth (believe what you want, I won't be disappointed, I am not trying to CONVINCE anyone!).

The RSV doesn't have a KING James bias or a DARBY bias (it is GENERIC/standard, that's how you get a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING).

Do I really need to explain how to use common sense?.

Read the verse again.

\\ We should NOT be sons of THE KINGDOM, we should be sons of GOD (sons of the most high"). \\

What's the matter with being a son/child of the Kingdom? Jesus Himself didn't hesitate to use this expression with approval.

Matthew 13:38
---Cluny on 7/22/14

We should NOT be sons of THE KINGDOM, we should be sons of GOD (sons of the most high").

We should live the PERFECT LAW (the law of LIBERTY (James 1:25 and 2:12). We should NOT BE LAWLESS ones by living the old IMPERFECT law about "sin" (it has been abolished and destroyed along with satan).

We should not be products/"sons" of 2,000 years of lies/perdition ("and none is lost but the son of perdition").
Learn the REAL TRUTH of scripture and God by reading the unbiased truth in the RSV (a generic/unbiased version).

We should "KEEP" (there is nothing to "OBEY") the PRINCIPLES/"precepts" of the law (peace, truth, etc.).

Mat 8:12

There are NO MORE "prophets". God used to use prophets to speak to His worshipers "IN TIMES PAST". God used prophets to speak "OUR FOREFATHERS" (Hebrews 1), but now He speaks to US by those who live spiritually inside the body that hung on the cross (SONS,....DON'T love God as MASTER, love Him as "FATHER" (Abba Father is the spirit of SONSHIP, Romans 8:16 RSV).

Dear Karen,
If a person is married to a false prophet, it is not a sin. If they knew he was a false prophet and still married him, it is a sin, since we are commanded not to marry with someone who is not Christian. The reason we are commanded not to, is because it's for our own good. There is many terrible consequences when we disobey God.
Some woman find out their husbands are terrible after they marry them. Others become Christian after they are married, and others find out the false teachings of their husbands, after they learned about God.
Just be the woman God wants you to be, and maybe through you, your husband will come to know the truth. Agape

I was a Babe in the Lord not knowing his word. Neither did i have discerning at the time. I was in a wolves den. Please Sisters' and brothers' let us encourage one, another. Instead of condeming. I have a been completly alone in my Christian walk. As i come across many who condem. Instead of encourage as heavenly father asks us to do. Which is very, serious in the sight of God. May God bless us to help those in need. God Bless you.

Some answers to this question seem to assume that the questioner is in this position, which might not be the case.

I'm sure that many questions asked here are hypothetical and just asked out of curiosity or, in some instances, because the questioner has a feeling that such a situation is about to happen.

We should all be aware that, where marriage is concerned, a situation being discussed now might not have been how things were at the time of marriage.

Also, askers seek answers so for us to ask for further information instead of giving an answer is not appropriate unless further information is essential for us to be able to give a helpful answer.

---Elena_9555 on 7/15/14

I agree. Why would someone marry a false prophet in the first place?
---love.jesus on 7/15/14

It would be a sin if the Christian knew that the marriage was unequally yoked but if one is saved after marriage that is a different matter and if one was a fake at the time of marriage (that would take a lot of very clever acting to pull off though) it would also make a difference. It is not a sin to be taken in but spiritual help and counselling should be sought if this happens.
---Rita_H on 7/15/14

You are responsible for your own sins, not someone else's sin. Your spouse being a false prophet is not a Biblical reason for divorce just in case you are considering one.
---KarenD on 7/15/14

Why would you marry a false prophet, and how would you know this person was one?
