Who knows what you will see first in heaven? The Apostle Paul went to heaven but he refused to reveal what he saw there. So I'll just leave it at that.

How could one misinterpret what did Jesus say to Mary? John 20:16-18
---Steveng on 7/30/18

//Jesus is LORD. The Father is LORD. But they are one GOD//- Sambb7 [7/27/18].

No where in the Bible does it say that Jesus and the Father are "one GOD" as you erroneously maintain. Like your previous unscriptural trinitarian expressions [which you are unable to provide scriptural proof], your "one GOD" assertion is also without Biblical authority.

Some say the trinity is a "mystery". You say the trinity is "hard" to understand. If the trinity is a mystery and hard to understand, how do you know for sure it is the truth!?

Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus was "with" God [YHWH- Jehovah], his Father- Jo.1:1, Gen.1:26.
---David8318 on 7/30/18

YHVH is the name of God. Jews thought this too holy to pronounce (to avoid taking the Lord's name in vain), so it was only uttered once a year, by the high priest on the Day of Atonement. Its true pronunciation was lost (some say Jehovah, others Yahweh, etc.). KJV always capitalizes it. Jews euphemized it by pronouncing it "Adonai" ("The LORD"), often "YHVH elohim" ("The LORD God"). Sometimes "Elohim" makes more sense, as in "adonai YHVH" ("The Lord GOD").

Jews today even think "Adonai" too holy, so they say "Ha-Shem" ("The NAME"), and some even think THAT too holy, and say "Adoshem" (a mixture of both).

RichardC on 7/28/18. Thanks!

I understand there were originally no upper and lower cases, as well as punctuation's, verses etc., so that at points in time these all were added, accurately or not, which may be correct interpretation in some instances, and incorrect in others.

With so many bible versions with differences, revisions and more, we may note these and whether or not truth is conveyed...when encountered, it may be of import to distinguish and even choose which is correct if in conflict, and that may take time. However, of note is that God reveals truth whether one believes (it) or not.

Chria - In many places in the OT there uses of One ( all caps ) and another not caps at all ,

In The Original writing of the Bible there was No upper or Lower case letters used .

Carol, There in one mediator between God and man, the "man" Christ Jesus. The Word was made flesh, died and rose again. He was seen of about 500 after His resurrection, and ascended into heaven. Jesus will return one day to set up the Earthly Kingdom promised to Israel, the 1000 year millinnial reign, Acts 1:6-7( THAT only the Father knows WHEN) and then after that 1 Corinthians 15 states the Kingdom ..earthly that is, will be delivered up to the Father, that God will be all in all.

For born again Christians today, we are IN CHRIST, and is said that when WE see Him we will be like Him, for we shall SEE Him as He is. So many verses show Jesus Christ is more than just a Spirit. God is a Spirit, and so is the Holy Spirit.

To Kathrn4453 in reference to Heaven and Earth - and what GOD'S WORD says: Revelations 21:1,2,3

"And I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth, for the first Heaven and the first Earth were passed away, and there were no more sea".

"And I John saw The Holy City, New Jerusalem coming down from GOD out of Heaven, prepared as a Bride to her Husband". = (The Body of CHRIST - The Church - those who were Born from HIS SPIRIT and remained faithful until the end).

"And I heard a great voice out of Heaven, saying: Behold The Tabernacle of GOD is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS People, and GOD HIMSELF shall be with them, and be their GOD". . . "Come LORD JESUS:

Melody, question..lovely words need to CAP, need to shout here. But the last words ..." That will restore all things to perfection ".

May I ask you kindly where and what verse makes this claim? Do you believe in a NEW Heaven and Earth where the old is totally burned up...or a restored old heaven and earth?

Thank you for your answer.
---kathr4453 on 7/27/18

Concerning Ps 110:1, " The LORD said unto my Lord," KJV, it is interesting to note that The first use of the word lord is in all capital letters, but the second is not, and several versions do likewise.

Also, in many places in the OT there are uses of one (all caps) or another (not all caps).

To: Strong Axe and Samuel in Re: "The Trinity is a hard subject":

Yes, IT is!- if we are trying to understand IT under our limited human discernment: We cannot ever compared our own human frame ourselves to THE ALMIGHTY GOD - and if we cannot totally decipher HIS OWN WORDS about 'THREE PERSONS IN ONE' - let's bring it to THE LORD in prayer and believing that no one else can empathy with us (GOD'S OWN Creation) greater that HE does HIMSELF - but trusting under HIS REDEMPTION for our sins . . . blessings under GOD'S AGAPE LOVE - now and forever . . Jesus is LORD. The Father is LORD. But they are one GOD.

You asked: Two Saviour's ?

Psalm 110:1 (quoted in Matthew 22:44, Mark 12:36):
The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

There are two separate and distinct Lords here.

Deuteronomy 6:4 - Hear O israel The Lord our God is one Lord.

Revelation 22:21 - The grace our Lord Jesus Christ Be with you all.,Amen.

Titus 2:10 - Not purloining , but shewing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things,

Titus 3:6 - Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Isaiah 43:11- I, even I am The Lord , and beside me there is no Saviour.

//Egyptian so called trinities are not what you have been told// Samuelbb7.

Pagans have always worshipped the trinity... long before Jesus came to earth. God's people either before Christ [as Jews] or after have never copied pagans and their trinitarian form of worship.

You dogmatically state:

//The Bible teaches the Trinity//
Please provide chapter and verse where the Bible says "trinity"!

//GOD the Father, GOD the Son. and GOD the Holy Spirit//
Please provide chapter and verse where the Bible states such a thing!

//One GOD three persons//
Again- chapter and verse please.

It's no good simply repeating what has been drummed into you by your trinitarian masters.

Who do you pray to, God or Jesus?

When Jesus told the thief "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise." Where was Jesus that day and the following two days?

When Jesus went to pray, who did he pray to? Himself or God.

Again, what did Jesus say to Mary? John 20:16-18

There is only one God, not three.

Again, those who are born again Christians hear what the Holy Spirit says to them. Unfortunately, there are also many who think they are hearing from the Holy Spirit, but are wrong about that. There's no OBJECTIVE way for a person to know whether he's actually hearing from the real Spirit, or if he's being deluded - because many sincerely believe they are right, yet are wrong. There are many different ways that scripture has been interpreted, and everybody who interprets it their way believes their way is right and other people's ways are wrong. They can't all be right, even though they all sincerely believe they are.
---StrongAxe on 7/24/18

David. The Bible teaches the Trinity. The word or Logos which is a Greek word for the starter of all things. He is Jesus.

GOD the Father, GOD the Son. and GOD the Holy Spirit. One GOD three persons. Egyptian so called trinities are not what you have been told.

We are human being Body and Spirit (Breath of Life) is the Soul.

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.

This is truth.
---Samuelbb7 on 7/24/18

To Strong Axle:If you are a Born Again Christian and you know what this cult believes and teaches . . . THE HOLY SPIRIT will tell you they are wrong - for they don't give the glory and honor that our LORD JESUS CHRIST deserves as THE LORD GOD that HE IS (not as they believe, that's a blasphemy)- and I'd like to remind you and everyone else what GOD'S WORD says: "If someone comes to you with a different doctrine in opposition to The Scriptures - don't even receive them into your home"! . . . are we going to be in obedience unto THE LORD and HIS WORD or not?
---Melody on 7/23/18

Unlike the written word that anyone can see, one's interpretations of what the Spirit says is necessarily subjective. Many people believe they receive guidance from the Spirit, but are wrong.

For example, whenever two individuals or groups both claim the Spirit told them things, and those are clearly incompatible, even if you don't know which is right, you know at least one of them is wrong, possibly even both of them.

Mormons say one should pray about whether the Book of Mormon is inspired scripture, and the Holy Spirit will give you an inward witness about whether it is or not - and Mormons will all tell you that they have this inner witness. Do you think they're right?

My reply to David8318:

You as an individual soul are free to choose whatever teachings from men without GOD and in their own false interpretations of GOD'S WORD, and myself I'm standing firm and solid in what has come directly from the inspiration of GOD'S SPIRIT and in reference and about THE GODHEAD - THREE IN ONE - THE ONLY TRUE GOD that because of HIS SOVEREING, SUBLIME AND SUPREME DEITY: HE came down from Heaven, took the form of MAN to die for our sins - and to THE LORD, glory to HIS NAME now and forevermore - Amen!
---Melody on 7/22/18

John 1:14 - And the Word became Flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory , the glory as of the only begotten of the father, full of grace and truth.

Matthew 1:23 - Behold a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and the shall call his name Emmanuel which being interpreted is God with us.

To Samuelbb7: My reply and of course Biblically confirmed and in THE LORD'S AGAPE LOVEPlease start studying The Bible and then you'll be sure of the right answers: And next is what GOD'S WORD says: "Absent from the body, present with THE LORD" - those who have been Born from GOD'S SPIRIT, at the instant they die, they are in Heaven in THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD, and another example of that and coming from our LORD JESUS while HE was at the Cross for HIS MOST SUBLIME SACRIFICE for us all sinners: The thief that was at HIS SIDE, said to HIM: "Lord remember me when you are in your Kingdom" - THE LORD replied: "For sure I tell you, that today you will be with in me in Paradise".

//In the beginning was THE WORD, and THE WORD was with GOD, and THE WORD was GOD//- Melody [7/19/18].

Is Melody [and trinitarians as a whole] saying that "the Word" at John 1:1 is the God it is with? That to anybody doesn't make sense and is not what John wrote.

Perhaps Melody believes that "the Word is with God" and that also "the Word is God"... another God in addition to the God it is "with"!? This is a more likely scenario perpetrated by these pagan trinitarians: Polytheism.

Melody [and the trinitarian fraternity at large] perprtuate the idea of pagan-Polytheism. Two God's "with" eachother.

But clearly, that is not what John wrote!

//a pagan/idolatrous religion//- Melody [7/22/18].

The false belief that God is "three in one" is not from the Bible, but from ancient pagan Egypt.

In his book "Egyptian Religion", trinitarian Siegfried Morenz notes: "The trinity was a major preoccupation of Egyptian theologians... Three gods are combined and treated as a single being, addressed in the singular. In this way the spiritual force of Egyptian religion shows a direct link with Christian theology" [italics added].

And it doesn't take much digging through history to discover that Christendom can thank pagan Roman Emperor Constantine for introducing the pagan trinity into his newly formed Roman Catholic Church.

//In the beginning was THE WORD, and THE WORD was with GOD, and THE WORD was GOD//- Melody [7/19/18].

"kai ho logos en pros ton theon kai theos en ho logos"

"and the Word was with the God and god was the Word".

There are 2 occurences of the Greek word "god" at John 1:1 and they are different. One contains the definite article ["ton theon"], the other is without the definite article [or indefinite- "theos"].

Thus the Word cannot be the God it is "with". A correct translation will read: "and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god", or "divine", "godlike".

John 10:30: I and my father are One.

But also

John 17:21: That they all may be one, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

It is important to understand what "being one" means. It does NOT mean "being one and the same". If it did, the second verse would mean that you and I are one and the same, which is clearly not true. This indicates unity in purpose, not unity in substance.
---StrongAxe on 7/20/18

Jesus Is the Son of God not God himself. The meaning of 'Son' is "one who has the same nature as." Jesus, as the Son of God, has the very nature of God (John 5:18, 10:30, 19:7).

Jesus said he cannot do anything, but it is the Father who works through Jesus. Jesus was "given" power and authority, by whom? John 13:3, John 17:6-8: 6, John 7:16, John 12:49

Other verses:
Matthew 19:16,17
Matthew 16:15-20
Philippians 2:6-8

Who did Jesus pray to? Matthew 26:36-44

Last, but not least: What did Jesus say to Mary? John 20:16-18
