Samuel: history says you are incorrect. Why argue about it?//

I am not arguing with History.

I am arguing with you changing history and with the present.

Please answer this one question:

Why is it so IMPORTANT for you to change another religion's name?

It's very odd to me.

It's like if you heard people calling me 'Nikki'.

A nickname.

Then you tell me it's my name because for 45 years people called me Nikki.

I tell you that isn't my name, but you tell me I am wrong because of history.

I show you my birth certificate and you STILL say it's my name.

Then you have the nerve to ask me WHY argue about it?

???

Shouldn't it be me asking you that question?

"The foolishness of a rebellious soul against GOD'S WORD, will only keep on making it's separation from THE TRUTH further away, as well as the misery within that this brings" . . . that's the reason that they need to bring it out into the surface by their attacks unto others . . . well . . . their own choice - not even THE LORD can change that unless those under that slavery will recognize where they are! -(

\\It is foolishness for giving so much time to a religion (who cares what it calls itself?)- ...\

Et reliqua.

What are you talking about here, Melody?

Or do you know yourself?

Glory to Jesus Christ!
---Cluny on 11/3/18

It is foolishness for giving so much time to a religion (who cares what it calls itself?)- that throughout the centuries has been making multitudes of spiritual victims by openly desecrating GOD'S HOLINESS AND SUPREMACY AS THE ONLY ONE GOD that from beginning to ending of HIS WORD gives warning of HIS JUDGMENT (from the past and unto the present) to those who have adulterated HIS WORD and under their idolatrous and false doctrines!

When the soul has been able to know GOD'S TRUTH over and over again and refuses to repent of what GOD sees as abominable - sad but truth and terrible as it sounds - that soul it's under a reprobate state before THE LORD: "Those who worship idols, they do to evil spirits" - separated from GOD!
---Melody on 11/2/18

Nicole you can say that. But again history says you are incorrect. Why argue about it?
---Samuelbb7 on 11/2/18

Cluny, the correct spelling is DEITY, not deith. And according to Cluny's rules, if you can't spell a word you can't possibly know its meaning.

So how can you instruct Steveng on the meaning of "DEITY" if you can't even spell it showing you don't know its meaning?

So maybe the next time someone misspells a word, take note of your own shortcomings first before using that abusive tactic on another.

\\So, you see, I do know a little about your so-called denominational "churches."\\

And how little you know.

How about the worldly denominational "church'" of Steveng, which apparently denies the deith of the Savior?

Glory to Jesus Christ!

cluny wrote: "Doesn't it bother you to pop off over things you clearly know nothing about?"

You assume way too much as usual. My family lived in an Italian neighborhood and attended a Roman catholic church when I was young. During the 1980s, I did political and corporate investigations as a reporter. I researched the donations of politicians and CEOs of which denominational "churches" frequently came up. I performed in depth research on all charities and churches and found many interesting facts. So, you see, I do know a little about your so-called denominational "churches."

\\ All the catholic churches in Chicago are still Roman catholic churches and are classified in the phone directory as Roman.\\

Wrong again, Steveng.

There is a Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in Chicago. There are other Eastern Catholic churches as well.

They are all in communion with the Pope.

I'm not talking about the Orthodox and other pre-Reformation Eastern Churches.

Doesn't it bother you to pop off over things you clearly know nothing about?

Glory to Jesus Christ!

EWTN's series Journeys Home on Monday evening refers to the ROMAN Catholic Church, Nicole.

You, Nicole, are a ROMAN Catholic.

You are not Maronite, Melkite, or Ruthenian.

Glory to Jesus Christ!
---Cluny on 10/31/18

Nicole wrote: "I am saying that the Catholic Church NEVER called itself 'roman' centuries ago She STILL DOESN'T called Her self 'roman'."

The Catholic church has called itself Roman catholic church since its beginning - and still does. As I posted in the past that the catholic church still calls itself Roman. All the catholic churches in Chicago are still Roman catholic churches and are classified in the phone directory as Roman.
---Steveng on 10/29/18

Samuel: I am just saying what History and the RCC have said about itself for Centuries.//

Samuel, I am saying that the Catholic Church NEVER called itself 'roman' centuries ago She STILL DOESN'T called Her self 'roman'.

I am SAYING Protestants call the CC 'roman' centuries ago and TODAY as you.

//You can call it what you want.//

I don't NEED your permission to call Her by Her proper name.

I think that is what bothers you. That I refuse to call Her by your made up name.

//But Scholars will not agree with you changing the rules.//

Which Scholars?

Protestant Scholars?

What do I care about their agreement?

They lied and NOW they want me to agree with their lies?

Nonsense.

Steveng: The roman catholic church did indeed began in Rome.//

Maybe so since it has the name 'Roman catholic church'.

Like the American catholic church. It started in America so it named it self 'American catholic church'

My Church the Catholic Church is She I am speaking about.

There are many different kinds of Baptists.

You wouldn't except a Southern Baptist to explain a Freewill Baptist now would you?

So why do you expect me to explain a Roman Catholic?

I know NOTHING about Roman Catholics.

I am Catholic.

The CATHOLIC FAITH I can speak ONLY about Her.
---Nicole_Lacey on 10/29/18

Nicole I am just saying what History and the RCC have said about itself for Centuries. You can call it what you want. But Scholars will not agree with you changing the rules.

Unfortunately my Pastor too often does modern stuff and is not good at it.
---Samuelbb7 on 10/29/18

Our pastors usually talk about a subject.

I think it is good to go through a whole epistle, like James, so we can't avoid certain verses.
---Bill on 10/29/18

The roman catholic church did indeed began in Rome.

During the first 300 years after Christ died, the leaders of the Roman Empire feared that christianity was a threat to their empire which was getting divided because of christianity. So instead of fighting it, they created their own religion which became a mixture of true Christianity and Roman paganism.

Like the liberals today, who revise history to cover their true past, the hidden history of the roman catholic church can still be found in early history books which can be found in the three largest libraries - two in eastern Europe and one in Egypt. Many books have been written within the past couple of hundred years about the blood that has been spilt By the roman church.

Samuel: All will tell you the Church run from Rome by the Pope. Your resistance to the name makes no sense.//

???

That doesn't makes sense.

The Pope has to run the Church SOMEWHERE on plant earth.

Anywho, you are wrong again.

The Church isn't in Rome.

She is in the Holy See.

A separate Country from Italy.

Rome is a city in a Country.

That's like saying President Trump runs the USA from Ottawa.

The President runs the United States of America in Washington D.C.

But we DON'T CALL America 'Washington D.C' do we?

I don't understand your logic.

You are DEAD SET on convincing me that MY CHURCH is called Roman.

Sorry, NOT HAPPENING
---Nicole_Lacey on 10/28/18

Samuel, WHY can't you understand the Catholic Church states HER name not another?

The Vatican website states HER NAME

That's like telling me to go to the Gov website or Google to see that most Catholic Women take birth control pills.

So since many Catholic Women take birth control pills it means the CC doesn't believe taking birth control pills are sinful.

I proved on the Vatican's website She states birth control pills are SINFUL.

BTW, the Army CHANGED the spelling of my father's name when they drafted him.

The Gov REFUSED to change it back.

My father HAD to spell it their way for the REST OF HIS LIFE.

Even on his TOMBSTONE!

Does that mean the Army was right and my dad was wrong?

Samuel: I pray that my Pastor can do a good work. But so far. Not so good. But he is in my prayers.//

God bless you Samuel for being so patience with your Pastor.

Everyone has to start somewhere and sometime.

He indeed needs your prayers.

I will pray for him as well.

God knows his name. I will just pray to God saying Samuel's Pastor needs Your Wisdom
---Nicole_Lacey on 10/15/18

" My current Pastor is not the best speaker."

Samuelbb7, neither was Moses, but look what God did with him...
---chria9396 on 10/14/18

My Priest is a mixture of all but he doesn't tell stories, but tells facts in history.

He follows the Church's mandate of preaching on the Gospel, OT and NT verses prescribe to the Sunday.

He doesn't preach on the Scriptures he chooses to preach, but on Mother Church's Liturgical calendar.

In this way everyone hears 90% of the Bible in 3 years. Not one person's favorite Scriptures

The Church cares about those who can't read. (Which are most of the world's population)
---Nicole_Lacey on 10/13/18

Mixture. or number 5. My current Pastor is not the best speaker.
