Yes, it's possible. However, we are not taught to seek wealth. If God wants to enrich us, that's his business, but the moment we start to set that as a goal, we're putting our faith in riches rather than God. Jesus himself warned about serving Mammon, and that one cannot serve two masters.

There are many in the "prosperity gospel" circuit who demonstrate they have fallen into this trap, feeling that luxury is their right rather than an unmerited gift. E.g. insisting on flying in a private jet because flying commercial is "sharing a plane with a bunch of demons" (Kenneth Copeland), or saying "anyone who tells you to deny yourself is from Satan" (Paula White), and an air conditioned dog house (The Bakkers).

Job 19:25 I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVETH AND I WILL See Him in the end.....(sic) Job believed in the resurrection. Who exactly is the REDEEMER, And who will stand upon the earth at the end.....scripture says it is Jesus Christ. Just because OT SAINTS Looked foreword to the promised Redeemer does not mean they were not "Christians" . Same Christ.

The problem is, in THIS DISPENSATION, we don't live under the promises given to those in the OT, or to Israel the nation which was earthly prosperity for obedience. OUR RICHES ARE IN CHRIST, and OUR TREASURES ARE IN HEAVEN , just as our citizenship is in heaven, not here on earth. Those who co-mingle are false teachers. FYI, Calvinism is the Godfather of the prosperity gospel.

Job 1:8 - And the Lord said unto satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and upright man, One that fearth God, and escheweth evil,

( My Servant - Who are Gods Servants ? None like him in the Earth - God seem to have a pretty high opinion of him ! )

Lanie easily could openly post her beliefs and scripture right here for all to see. Red flag.

Job was never a Christian--nor even a Jew, for that matter.

Job 42:12 - And the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than the beginning: For he had 14,000 sheep, 6.000 camels, 1000 yoke of oxen, and 1,000 female donkeys,

These kind of posts soliciting others for a private fleecing should not be allowed on CN. I have seen recently posts removed for no reason, yet this crap stays on. It's unsettling. Next thing we'll be seeing is posts from scam artists wanting money from Nigeria or whatever.

If you're teaching the Gospel of Holy Prosperity, you HAVE fallen into distorted Christianity.

St. Paul tells us to avoid those who say that godliness is gain, and we should be content with food and raiment.
