Who Is The AntiChrist

Do you know who the Antichrist is.?
No, and you don't either

Saturday Is Day To Worship

Apart from holidays the favorite day for church people Sundays. After all, God did rest on the first day of the week, or was it the seventh? (Rom 14:5-6)
One thing for sure, we owe God every day of our lives not just two days a year or one day a week. (2 Cor 5:15)
By Gods grace we learn that we are not under any commandment to observe holy days or sabbath days to honor God (Col 2:16-17). We have peace with God through the death of Jesus Christ.
The Sabbaths given to Israel were a shadow of their coming Messiah and kingdom rest. Since we do not wait for a kingdom but are now members of the body of Christ we are told to redeem the time (Eph 5:16).

Saturday Is Day To Worship

The mystery of Christ explains how in this dispensation our righteousness and holiness comes from Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone, not from Sabbath days.
Our position in Christ makes us holy, without Christ we are nothing (Eph 2:21). Only in Christ are we accepted by God (Col 3:12, Eph 1:6).
Observing days goes back to a position where rest comes at the end of the week, month, or year. Turning to those days we limit our complete position of rest already in Christ every day.
Paul says those holy day laws were weak and beggarly:
(Gal 4:9-11)
As we accept what Christ accomplished on the cross we should put off those weaker elements and let no man judge us regarding not observing those once holy days (Col 2:16).

How To Read The Bible

Teaching that there is no division between prophecy and mystery undermines the understanding of salvation and Gods will for the church.
While most Bible students make the most important division in the Bible to be between Israel and the Church or the Old and New Testaments, True Bible study teaches the most important distinction in your Bible to be the right division between Gods Mystery purpose, kept secret since the world began, and Gods Prophecy purpose, which had been spoken since the world began (Acts 3:19-21 vs. Rom 16:25).

How Can I Believe In Jesus

I am not trying to be cruel or mean, but simply honest. It would be negligence if I encouraged you to believe you were saved if actually you were not.
What you need to know is the gospel of Christ.
The gospel that saves provides the knowledge of salvation. If you do not know you are saved, then you do not know the gospel that saves.
I declare unto you the gospel By which also ye are saved how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. 1 Cor 15:1-4

Who's The Elect

God makes the Gospel available to all, its our responsibility to accept or reject
Psalm 98:2 The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
Romans 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath shewed it unto them.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

How To Read The Bible

Paul separates the Bible into three divisions in Eph 2, time past, but now and ages to come.Where do you fit?
Read Paul's letters then read them again. (Rom 10:17)
You can't know God or his words without reading them.
Compare similar verses. (1 Cor 2:13)
Search for related words.
Compare scripture with scripture.
Determine the application. (Neh 8:8)
This is right division. Not every verse in the Bible was written to you. You must determine who is speaking and where it fits in Gods purpose. Was it for Israel? Is it for the Church today? You must be persuaded in your own mind (Romans 14:5).

Who's The Elect

It is mans responsibility to choose.
God gave man a choice in the garden when Adam chose to rebel and suffered death. Later all but eight chose to ignore the warnings of Noah and died in a worldwide flood. The whole earth with one voice chose not God at the tower of Babel, and later God separated only one man and his family from the idolatrous world.
We are ambassadors representing God and his message of reconciliation to a majority that long ago chose not to accept him.

Who's The Elect

I found election to be a Bible doctrine, but Calvinism was not.
Biblical election concerns God choosing Christ to die for the sins responsible to mans account. God chose to create man. Man chose to reject God. God chose to die for man. It is now mans responsibility to choose.

Commandments From Jesus

Right division explains a lot
1 Corinthians 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

How Can I Believe In Jesus

Belief is created when the word of God works in us, not because of an evangelistic method which tricks our mind into thinking we are saved.
Without faith we are blind.
It is our job to make all men see (Eph 3:9).
How do men see the truth? By first hearing the truth. How do they hear it?
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Rom 10:17).
It is the message of Gods word that changes people.

What Is Apophtatic Theology

Do we determine Gods words by "Original" manuscripts. Languages or scholars?
Is final authority, degrees, professors or seminaries?
No scholar has more authority than you. You have the manifold wisdom of God! Eph 3:10
Scripture is able to make you wise - 2 Tim 3:15
Study the Word "rightly divided"

What Is Apophtatic Theology

Apparently, there are some here that have "copies" of the originals, that are "fairly" accurate. Could you share these "copies"?
The secret that most know but no one talks about is that there is not a single original writing from any apostle, prophet, or tablet of stone exists today. How many times have the "copies been copied?

What Is Apophtatic Theology

Few things have caused more damage in churches than when pastors say things like:
In the originals, the word here really means_____
The Greek word for this is______
A better rending of the originals would be_____
Churchgoers have heard these sayings for so long they have now become calloused to it! This is a real problem.

There are no originals, to compare your Bible to.
When the pastor says, in the originals, What he said was misleading.

Doctrine Of Immaculate Conception

A false view is Jesus was sinless because of the virgin birth, Jesus was always sinless. It doesn't glorify Mary. Luke 1:28-30, 2nd-3rd century Christianity elevated Mary
It does teach Gods involvement in Jesus birth and salvation Mat 1:23
A sign of the divinity of Christ Mat 1:23, also John 1:13 A sign of the sinlessness of Christ Heb 4:15, 1 Pet 2:22, 1 John 3:5, 2 Cor 5:21 A picture of Gods grace John 1:13
The second Adam doctrine 1 Cor 15:47, Rom 5:12

Bound By Ten Commandments

//Which modern Christian Denominations teach that we are NOT bound by the Ten Commandments?//

The ones that have learned right division

\\!. How did God lead you?
2. What did you study?\\

1.When I was stumbling around in denominations, I was lead through a friend to a Bible study based on dispensations, which I disagreed with, even though I had no idea what it was about.
2.I started to study Rom-Phil. to see where I stood in Christ

Bound By Ten Commandments

Many teach the law not knowing the lesson it was supposed to teach.
1 Tim 1:7 Desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
The lesson of the law is found in Rom 3:19. The purpose of the law was never to make us holy. It was to bring us to Christ (Gal 3:24).
Gal 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
Christ did for us what the law could not (Rom 8:3-4). Our identity as Christians depends on our position in Christ by faith not by our obedience to the law. Liberty from the law, not bondage by the Law, will help you advance in your knowledge of Gods will.
