How To Pray In The Spirit

"How does one pray in the spirit?"
By praying according to the will, word and purpose of the Father, lead by and in reliance upon the inspiration and guidance He provides.

Rich Man Lazarus

The rich man and Lazarus was a parable. How do I know? Because when the parable was uttered Jesus was responding directly to the Pharisees. And as it is written "without a parable spake he not unto them." Why? " Because it is given unto you [his disciples] to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given." Why? Next 4 verses Mat 13:12-15 It was only after finishing the parable of the rich man and Lazarus that He again spoke directly to His disciples.

Knee During National Anthem

"Here's the problem, there is no LAW anywhere that says you must STAND during the anthem. I also know in church we pray both standing up and sitting and kneeling. If some feel they want to kneel while others are standing, no one says that is insulting God.

I may HATE that one can openly burn the flag, and I still cringe when I hear or see it, HOWEVER, I respect the person's RIGHT to do so under our constitution."

Kathr truer words have never been written. Good to read you again.

United States Of America

The name was, in my view, idealistic and pretentious from the start. States are comprised of people, and while divided by racism, classism, economic disparity, and conflicting ideals, unity will always be an impossibility. From state to state very few things are agreed upon.

End Of World September 2017

This simply shows the lengths some people are willing to go for notoriety and publicity. The sad part of this is the fact that the media so willingly exploits it & plays on the fears of the unlearned or misinformed concerning this. The events surrounding the coming of Jesus and the end of this age are written, and are discerned by those who are sealed mentally by the Word & Spirit of God. Free your mind of the frivolous distractions & concerns of the world.

Is Disaster Looting Sinful

"Thou shalt not steal", yet "men do not despise a thief, if he steals to satisfy his soul when he is hungry. But, if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold, he shall give all the substance of his house." Proverb 6:30,31

America's Historical Monuments

"Is tearing down America's historical monuments wrong?"
That would depend upon the history being represented.

Commandments From Jesus

"what do you call the commandments Christ gives you?"
The Lord's principles for life eternal.

How Can I Believe In Jesus

Do what the father of the child with the mute spirit did when asking Jesus for His help. Cry out, sincerely, "Lord, I believe, help my unbelief." After all, " to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake," He's given you His word. Mar 9:24> Phl 1:29

Did Jesus Pay For Our Sins

Jesus "Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God." Jesus "was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin." "Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him, and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God." For the believer, sin is the past, the past is forgiven. Present and future sin does not exist for those born of God. For they have been purged of all sin, and as such should have no more conscience of sins. Sons of God walk in the Spirit, and have been made the righteousness of God, in Christ Jesus.
