Criminalize Christian Beliefs

You've got me mixed up, I don't argue. It serves no purpose.

Criminalize Christian Beliefs

"Joseph, twist not scripture, lest you be like Satan." Obamasboy if you are going to insinuate that I am "twisting scripture", please show me, and anyone who might be reading what I write, the courtesy of pointing out the twisted scriptures.

Jesus Takes Our Sin

"The blood of Christ can TAKE AWAY sin. What does this mean?"
The atoning sacrifice of Jesus, did 'take away' sin. Sin has been removed, caused to cease for all who believe.

Criminalize Christian Beliefs

Obamasboy, in the words of Jesus, "Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." The only battle we are called to fight, Is the good fight of faith. The believer isn't called to "oppose" anything, we are called to resist, with that resistance directed towards the devil. If that the best help that you can give, I'll pass.

Criminalize Christian Beliefs

"Your thoughts?" What belief, adhered to by a follower of Christ, could possibly be "criminalized"? His principles advocate love thy neighbor as yourself. How does one criminalize doing that which is uplifting, edifying, helpful, or beneficial to or towards one's fellowman? Laws have to be voted on, who, other than the children of Satan, would vote against the love that Father has shed abroad in the heart of His children. If the children of darkness outnumber the children of light, then I say look up, for our redemption draws near. For at that time it could be truly said, the believer is hated by all for His names sake.

Is There Beauty Discrimination

Strongaxe, My sentiments exactly. Although discrimination based on appearance is unfair and unwarranted, and is applied in marriage, relationships, and even, unfortunately, employment opportunities due to the sensual nature of man, the two cannot be compared, honestly, except to acknowledge that they are both a show of prejudicial partiality.

Blogs Problems

"It only shows the 25 most recent posts. Strongaxe that's my point, it doesn't show "the 25 most recent post". If you don't see that on your screen, then you can not answer the question i'm asking. I appreciate your attempt.

Knee During National Anthem

"Allegiance to the flag creates unity," Only if it were consciously believed, and thus physically and emotionally implemented by all, through words and actions that correspond with the declaration. It would be a work of faith, allowed, If the love of the Father is allowed to shine through us. "I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America, .... one nation, under God, with liberty, and justice, for all. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,.. endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,..among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." The racist, by their actions, obviously believes this applies only to them.

Blogs Problems

I understand all of that Strongaxe. What I don't understand is why full blogs are remaining on the main page (the page one is brought to when opening the Christianet blogs) while the most recently addressed ones are being dropped from the page? Change is only being shown on the first five blogs, the ones from there down remain the same, and most of them can no longer be comment on. Perhaps you can explained why this is happening?

Knee During National Anthem

Well said Strongaxe, and exactly what I was attempting to convey. Trying to sweep the issue "under the rug" so to speak, or pretending it doesn't exist, won't help. Acknowledging it, and looking within as to whether one is in some way contributing to the problem or the solution, will. The social construct can be changed for the better one person at a time, if awareness of self and ones attitude is honestly discerned, especially by those in authority. However as one looking at this from the outside in, and basing my understanding on sense knowledge evidence, the ones at the top of the ladder of authority have proven themselves to be comfortable, prefer, and even advocate the status quo, and will answer to no one but "God".

Knee During National Anthem

Slavery isn't the issue concerning this protest, oppression and injustice is. I mentioned slavery because the root cause and effect are the same, racism. Slavery was simply more overt and undeniable.

Knee During National Anthem

It's not America that's racist, it is the racist in authority in America that stains America, and there are none so blind, as those who refuse to see that. Slavery was racist and the oppression that has followed is founded on and sustained by racism. With that racism being based on a hated and fear that not even the racist understands, or can identify. Defined by Webster as a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others. Note that the desire to oppress is not even factored into the definition, imagine that.

Notice that the most recent comments on the "vain thinking of men" blog has been drop from the recent blogs in leu of full blogs like "Accounting Of Your Taxes", "Commandments From Jesus" etc.

Blogs Problems

Yes Strongaxe. I've tried clearing the history, cached images, and files. I've done a restart, and I've even tried doing a complete computer shutdown and re-entering the sight anew. As far as I can tell, the problem is not with this computer.

Knee During National Anthem

Taking a knee during national anthem, in my mind, is meant to protest the prejudicial mindset and attitude expressed and demonstrated by the racist of America and the resulting injustices that has always infected and affected America. A nation proclaimed to be the representative of liberty and justice for all. The quiet language of the protest, initially, was specific, and sharply divided people concerning the realities of racial injustices, with some acknowledging the reality, and some looking to defend it. That quiet and simple protest cut deeply at the heart of the racist hiding behind the guise of patriot, and was the reason for Kaepernick's unjust ban from the NFL. But now the jester has come to represent something totally different.

Vain Thinking Of Men

Some teachings, as it is written, are simply "Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, destitute of the truth." Taught by men who are carnally minded to those who are themselves carnally minded. Using eye service and sensually pleasing words to entice and seduce. Man pleasers indeed, who are not subject to the Father's truth, nor can they be. For the truth usually convicts, and is meant to bring a man to repentance by producing within him a godly sorrow. The relaying of truth must be with a singleness of heart, with respect and honor for Him. The world hates it because it is life changing and powerful, "sharper than any two edged sword", and cuts between that which is soulish, and that which is spiritual.
