Bound To Walked Out Husband

As a stepfather, he should be involved in their discipline, but since you have been with them all their lives and he only a couple of years, the rules need to be agreed upon in advance. How about a family meeting to set up a "contract" spelling out what is expected from the girls and the punishment for each wrong-doing? Everyone signs and abides by the contract.

Can Catholics Take Communion

In my church, United Methodist, we have what is called an "open table." That means you do not have to be a member to partake of communion, it is only required that you believe and that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Personal Savior. Accept it with praise, thanksgiving, and humility in your heart.

Bound To Walked Out Husband

There is always drama with teens around, he should have known that when he married you. If there is still love between the two of you, then please get family counseling. Don't walk out on your daughters, but try to work with all parties to resolve. You are in my prayers.

Is Everything Already Predestined

If God chooses who will be saved then how can we say that He is a loving God. For God so loved the WORLD. Doesn't predestination make God out to show favouritism. I thought God loved everyone equally. So if everything is predestined then why pray and why evangelise when God has already decided. I think God chooses everyone and it is up to us to accept his free gift of grace and salvation and respond to his Holy Spirits confiction.

Son-In-Law Left His Wife

Update to original question: I consider this man to still be a Christian, he is a wonderful father and very active in his church. What I meant was, can he ever be right with God while living in sin with his 2nd wife? Divorcing her doesn't make sense either since 2 wrongs don't make a right.
