Can Women CoPastor

In most churches, a pastor must be an elder (or bishop) in order to be ordained. The Bible says:

1Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the HUSBAND of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach,

How is it possible for a woman to be a husband?

Should We Break The Law

ax: Are you still here? Why don't you go back to Canada? It's safer for snowflakes there.

Should We Break The Law

Nicole: YES! This vindictive jerk wanted to make a political statement even in death. How petty!

Should We Break The Law

If McCain were such a loyal Republican, why did he purposely dis-invite the President and Sarah Palin to his funeral? Why are DemocRATs his greatest admirers? What a jerk!

Should We Break The Law

Why is it that leftists love liars so much? McCain made numerous public statements while running for re-election that he would "repeal and replace" the disastrous Obamacare. But what did he do? He got off his sick bed, flew to DC and cast the deciding vote against the repeal in direct contradiction to his promise. For all you lefties, we call that a LIAR.

Mother Of Abominations

Cluny: "Why is there not ONE reference to the Eastern Orthodox churches in the writings of EGW?"

I found one in R & H, Nov 25, 1884, but it was incidental. I think the reason she didn't write a great about the EOC is because it is not relevant to the lineage of God's Commandment-keeping people from Eden to the current day. Read her book "The Great Controversy".

Should We Break The Law

Sam: I also voted for John M., although I had to hold my nose while doing it. I believe (as do his military comrades) that he was every bit the patriot as was Hanoi Jane Fonda. He was the quintessential RINO. He won't be missed among REAL Republicans.

Should We Break The Law

ax: "This was not a suggestion. This was FORCED redistribution of wealth."

How dare you call my God an atheist Marxist! Jesus never uses FORCE - that's Satan's method. Jesus was answering a specific group's question - not ORDERING redistribution of wealth. Similarly, He told the rich young ruler to "sell all that you have and give to the poor", but He didn't order everyone to do likewise. Note that He didn't threaten imprisonment for non-compliance or to call the police to enforce the command.

You are so brainwashed you can't see the evil of Communism. And yes, if you preach FORCED redistribution, you are a Marxist.

Should We Break The Law

Sam: It is incredible to me how a supposed Bible-believing SDA Christian like yourself could be taken in by the Communist philosophies of the Democrat left. You accuse me of hating the poor. That is bearing false witness. I don't hate anyone except maybe Satan and his dupes like Obama and Hildebeast. Nicole and I both came from poor Southern backgrounds.

You say that leftists are not Marxist. That is a lie. If you accept the concept of redistribution of wealth, then you are, by definition, a Marxist, as well as a breaker of the 10th Commandment.

Obama nearly destroyed our wonderful Nation. Trump, for all his shortcomings, is fixing it. How can you be against that?

Should We Break The Law

ax: It is incredible to me how a foreigner like you who acknowledges a monarch as his supreme leader can come into the greatest nation that ever existed on earth - America - and criticize our constitutional form of government. What you advocate is rule by the majority - MOB RULE. Our system protects the rights of the individual - not that of a monarch or that of the mob.

Your socialist utopia has been tried many times on this planet, and always ends in disaster (look at Cuba and Venezuela). What makes you think that if we poison the American system things will be different?

Go back to Canada and enjoy socialist decay.

Should We Break The Law

Nicole: It should come as no surprise that if Christians think nothing of breaking God's Laws, then we might expect leftists to break secular laws as well. A good example is that the Law forbidding covetousness forms the basis of the Marxist philosophy of redistribution of wealth.

The Law against lying is also abrogated by the false leftist narratives of "compassion for refugees", "helping the poor", "it's for the children", "the Parties switched their stances on racism", etc.

I could go on, but it does no good. The left is consumed with the TDS disease.

Is Living Bread Literial

Both!

The Manna (Heb. "What is it?") was true, literal food, which symbolically represented the life-sustaining power of Christ.

Similarly, the Communion wafer is literal food which symbolizes Christ's body that was sacrificed for us. Jesus Himself declared that these words were of a spiritual - not just physical - nature in John 6:63.

Finish It Here August 2018

Steveng: "The second at the end of the thousand year reign of Christ when all the other dead from all of history rise and be judged from the book of life according to their works - some to everlasting death and some to everlasting life."

Not quite. Only the wicked are raised in the second resurrection, and are subsequently destroyed in the lake of fire that destroys Satan & his angels and cleanses the earth. The Judgement must necessarily have been completed BEFORE Jesus return or He wouldn't have chosen who to raise in the first resurrection.

Should We Break The Law

Yes, if the secular law conflicts with God's Law. Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego refused to bow to the idol that Nebuchadnezar had set up. But Jesus approved of their action.

5G IoT Harms Christians

Steve: Not to worry. Your tinfoil hat should protect you.

Is Donald Trump The Anti-Christ

Sam: This idea that all Republicans steal from the poor to give to the rich and all Democrats are great, compassionate Christians is not something I can believe.

You are greatly deluded. Worse, as a SDA, you should uphold the 10 Commandments, and yet your Marxist mindset violates the Commandment against coveting your neighbor's assets. As a Democrat, you promote stealing from the haves to give to the have-nots in order to buy their votes for some criminal politician. Sick!

Pray For Our Nation

Melody: You are right in that the majority of Christians do not care one whit about God's Laws, preferring instead the commandments of men. They falsely claim that the 10 Commandment Law has been done away with or changed in some way. Meanwhile, the Bible says:

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

That having been said, I don't think it right to denigrate anyone because of their denomination. Anyone who loves Jesus is a brother (or sister) in Christ.

Pray For Our Nation

Cluny: Thanks for that refreshing bit of truth. Our leftist friends can't seem to find their way through the fog of Communist brainwashing to see the truth in front of their faces. They should ponder the meaning of the word ILLEGAL and see if any insights occur to them.

Pray For Our Nation

Melody,
Your love for God and for our Nation has not gone unnoticed. Many of the alleged Christians here are leftist, socialist, progressive, Communist, etc., although they claim they are not. One, Strong Axe, is not even American. You can see by the antics of such individuals (the left) on the news that they are of questionable moral character. It is no wonder that such folk would attack a Jesus-loving Christian like you. Stay strong. Others are watching.
