I'm in a hurry or could probably check a quick concordance for THE answer. My quick Guess would be, "FEAR NOT."
Why? It's faith's word to a common human condition, used by Jesus and many others, for good reason. So often, one can be stymied or blocked, shut down, depressed or paralyzed--when faith, even a little (a small amount, like Jesus' grain of mustard seed) will start the positive, winning, prevailing, or possible and desirable way through the fear and the situation! And move that Mountain!
"FEAR NOT!" Where and when needed as a word of possibility, is my guess.
I'll guess 70 times in the whole of the Bible.
