Can I Pierce My Nose
Here is what the Lord says (continued):

28 You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:28

19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price, therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are Gods.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Can I Pierce My Nose
This is what the Lord says:

15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is not of the Father but is of the world.
1 John 2:15-16

You don't even want to give the impression that you are participating in worldy behaviors. When I see people who say they are Christians, but dress like the world, and listen to worldy music, I think it is a bad example, and it is dicouraging.

We need to stand in God's power and reject the ways of the world. This can only be accomplshed by continuing to seek God and his will through prayer and reading his Word.

Should Christians Help The Poor
This is what the Lord says,

7 If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, 8 but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. 9 Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand, and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cry out to the LORD against you, and it become sin among you.

Deuteronomy 15:7-9

Should Christians Help The Poor
This is what the Lord says (Continued),

10 You shall surely give to him, and your heart should not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand. 11 For the poor will never cease from the land, therefore I command you, saying, You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land.

Deuteronomy 15:10-11
