I believe we should be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus told the disciples in Mark 28, verse 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.(This verse is in red, Jesus himself as he spoke to his disciples). I believe Jesus to us as Christians is our Father, Jesus was the Son, and the Holy Ghost is his spirit he sent as our comforter after he ascended to Heaven-Jesus is the name.
