Why Are Teens Cutting Themselves
It isn't necessarily the parents, so please don't put the blame on yourself.Yes my 13 yr old daughter has just started this. She came to me and told me what she had done and we talked about it. She said that her and a girlfriend were fighting and to cut herself made her feel better. So we discussed other options on how to deal with all of the emotions that teenagers are subjected to. My advice is to talk, talk , and talk some more. Things go on in your kids lives that most likely you don't know about.

Young Women Marrying Older Men
It doesn't matter what age a person is when they are married as long as it lines up with the word of God. The bible says that you should follow the law of the land (unless of course it is against God). As long as a person is of age legally they can marry anyone they like. I am married to a man 29 yrs older than I. Age doesn't matter...just make sure he desires you for the right reasons. Older men are much wiser than younger woman, so be careful of a possible taking advantage situation.

He's Twice My Age
Hi, age doesn't matter as long as you are equally yoked and you are of age by law. God wants us to follow the law as long as it is lined up with his word. I am married to a man 59, I am 30. My family was okay as long as he treated me good.

He's Twice My Age
To Rachael continued...
We have a son together and we want one more together. As long as you are equally yoked and love eachother and treat eachother good and of age by law you have nothing to worry about. if you are under age, if he loves you he will wait for you to turn 18.

Christians Follow Worldly Holidays
not finding scriptural facts-only tradition. We are to live biblical verbatim - not by man made traditions. If I can't find it written in the scriptures, I don't want it -- that includes christ-mas, easter etc... Jesus is not a gentile GOD he is Jewish doing all the Jewish stuff and that is what Paul taught and did himself.Paul said to IMITATE what he taught and learned from Jesus. Jesus said OBSERVE ALL that I taught --what is it?

What Day Is The Sabbath
Luke 13:11-17 Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you loose his ox or his ass on the Sabbath day to lead it to water? How much more should this woman who is the daughter of Abraham be loosed from her infirmity on the Sabbath Day.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:becasue thou hast rejected knowledge, I wll also reject thee, .... seeing thou hast forgotten the Law of thy God.
Jesus never broke the Law of God!!!

What Day Is The Sabbath
Yes the Jews accused him of breaking the Sabbath and the Romans killed Him. But that doesn't make Him guilty. The work that Jesus did on the Sabbath was His ministry, not physical work. John 9:4-16 They said he was working becasue he healed the Blind man. That is the work He was doing.

What Day Is The Sabbath
In Mark 16:1 Again, Jesus was already risen, when they came to the tomb. He did not rise on Sunday morning, He was already gone.

What Day Is The Sabbath
This was not a weekly Sabbath but a high day, a feast day. John 19:31 ....For that Sabbath was an high day.... They not only had weekly Sabbaths that they observed but feast days that were just as sacred to them as the weekly Sabbath. There is proof that Jesus was crucified on Wednesday. In Daniel 9:27 it says he will be cut off in the midst of the week. And also in the new testement which would take too long here but it tells what happened each day up to the feast.

What Day Is The Sabbath
Actually it does not say that Jesus rose on Sunday the first day of the week at all. It says, and I quote,"At the end of the Sabbath as it begin to dawn toward the first day of the week." that is when they came to the tomb, but He was already gone. He Rose on the evening of the Seventh Day Sabbath.

What Day Is The Sabbath
Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do His commandments that they may have right to the tree of life. JAmes 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law and yet offend in one point he is guilty of all.
There is not one place in the the Bible that does away with the Sabbath, or even gives us a choice which day to keep. He gave us the Seventh Day to rest. It is a memorial to His creation, a sign between him and His people.

Unhappy Husband Will Not Leave
I do not feel a woman should stay and take abuse from her husband. And that is abuse, it may not be physical, but it is abuse. I would give him a choice, either get a job and stand up to his responsiblities and quit drinking or get out. Even if he doesn't want to attend Church there is no reason to allow him to pull you down with him. Which is exactly what he is doing. racha5364

Can Divorced Christians Remarry
Not let me get you unconfused, (Smile) When the Bible says, "what God has joined together let not man put asunder," He is speaking of two dedicated Christians that get married in the Lord. If one of the two claimed to be a Christian and after ward you found he lied, he broke his marriage vows already, God did not join an nonchristian and a christian together. He doesn't do that.
When a man/woman breaks her vows that she /he made they have become unfaithful.

Can Divorced Christians Remarry
yes it is true the Bible says "what God hath joined together let not man put asunder."
Now think about that, do you think God joins everyone that marries? Absolutely not!! God only joins those who are serving him. If it is sin for a man to remarry if he is divorced, the woman that married him is she sinning if she divorces him? Where do we draw the line? If she is sinning if she divorces him then he did not sin to marry her. But if it was sin to marry her then it was not sin to divorce.
